Subway — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I just ordered ft long & 2 6inch combos with drinks & chips 43 some dollars. Asked the young lady was everything in the I order in the bag?. And she said "Yes, everything is there!" I drive off alittle & check. Im missing my 2 6-inch sandwiches. I walk back over to the drive-thru trying to explain Im missing stuff. One young lady not wanting to open the window & the other one who took my order trying to belittle me saying the sandwiches were in the bag....I put them there...Sir I did my ........Thats when the other young lady pointed to the soda fountain machine laying right there...WAS THE SANDWICHES NOT IN MY BAG. I'm a vegetarian. The customer before me ordered a sandwich with meat. Gloves were not changed from meat to cheese. There also was meat in the cheese container. For a vegetarian that made me very nervous because I literally can get sick from that. The workers were carelessly handling the food several containers were mixed up the food did not look very fresh the atmosphere was not welcoming the person who prepped my food then rang me up as well while picking his nose and touching the register screen. Smh I most likely will not be returning unless some changes are made...

They make awesome subs but there is definite language barrier. Website says they close @ 10pm, restaurant door says 9pm. Pulled in @ 830pm, lights on, drive-thru light lit & a lady came walking out w/her sub. I got to door @ 831pm, they locked door & turned off drive thru lite then stood inside & laughed!! I was livid!! My last visit to 38th St. Subway this location & we went there often as it's clean, but poor management. Bathrooms available inside, drive-thru svc available. Make sure you go before 8pm so u can get a sub & not go thru...
