Super disappointed. Tried, tried, and tried again to work with Ruben. Delivery issues and forgotten pieces the first two times too. But this last time was the last straw. I feel Iāve been overcharged (itās my fault for trusting him and not looking around), I had to coach and help move the couch in myself(delivery was days late) in spite of the delivery fee, my couch is still missing a piece/pieces, and the supplier/handy person whose number he gave me isnāt answering the phone or returning calls. Itās been a month as of this review
12/17/23 Unfortunately, I see youāve decided to respond with lies so I took a star back and fortunately, according to the $400+ I think I should have saved, I have time for details of the āinconvenienceā. I actually did speak to the original delivery person about the perceived difficulty, he assured me it wouldnāt be an issue and we would work it out. That was before he had his own issues and concluded that he wouldnāt be able to make the delivery that day because of his own personal reasons and we set a time for early the next day. The next day he couldnāt make it again or you decided to use someone else. I told that person that the sectional couch wouldnāt fit thru the door and he chose not to believe me. Once he realized I was right he wanted to leave it sitting outside. Through much convincing, coaching, and shared effort we got it in. Pause No one attempted, or even contemplated standing on top of any box truck. Which I would not have personally recommended though I love the ingenuity and would have appreciated the idea at the time. I just donāt know if it would be a good idea with a couch. I might be wrong but I would have thought that assembly was included with delivery, per the fee. But any way, I realized there were parts missing while in the process of putting my sectional together. I reached out to you and you gave me someone elseās number and promised that they would be out the next day to fix it. Iāve spoken to that person once(MAYBE twice), no one came, and my set is still not complete. That is definitely an inconvenience to remember the inconvenience of doing business with you.

The delivery was a day late with no notice from the company after calling and texting the owner multiple times with no response. The WRONG MATTRESS was delivered to my house and by an unprofessional third party delivery company who deflected every issue on Rubens and had ZERO accountability and whose truck broke down in the parking lot where I reside and asked me for a jump. I called the store; which routes to a personal cell phone of the owner who denied my call and then texted me repeatedly. This person then demanded photo proof the wrong mattress was delivered. I immediately drove to the store and began the process to initiate a refund with the āstore managerā who was clearly dealing in some shady business and return the mattress. Mix ups happen- but the service and unprofessionalism was UNACCEPTABLE! Once the order was cancelled the owner did not send me any confirmation and said he could not confirm until the bed was picked up. The third party delivery truck said they were broken down AGAIN and could not pick up the mattress. For the love of all things respectable in the free market, SPEND YOUR MONEY ANYWHERE ELSE BESIDES THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
Thanks for the response but did you read what I said? You didnāt address any of the outstanding issues I presented and we are 2 days from the WRONG mattress being picked up from your delivery partner and I have not received any confirmation email like Iāve asked several times.

Ā Ā Ā Read moremattress is great !! Had several days of issues with delivery. They delivered box spring and mattress and one whole side of the backing on the box spring was pull way from the frame. The delivery guys weren't even going to say anything. I had to run outside and tell him. He then said they could delivery one tomorrow I said that was fine any time after 6. I even called the store back after the driver left to ensure i would have it the next day. The next day It got to be around 7 I called they said it would be closer to 8, after 8 and a couple calls/text they called at 820 and said they had vehicle issues IF i still wanted it it would be around 930 . I work at 430 am.so opted for the next day. The next day it was promised to me after 6. I text at 730 and was told Bare with them and wouldn't even give me a time.... finally at 845 pm It arrived. It was very inconvenient especially when you have a job that requires you up at 430 am and you work 10 to 12 hour shifts. Great mattress need some real work on delivery and customer service skills.
