I shop at this store almost DAILY for the past couple of years because its the closest thing to me and how I get my medicine.. Its a shame how RUDE staff is especially the guy ERIC who smells like liquor and always on his telephone. I have recently encountered a newer kind hearted beautiful spunky young lady PHROPET always Speaks welcome each and every customer in and make sure to tell you to have a blessed day and its not staged you can tell she cares for people unlike the rest standing around on phones stare at you and dont say a word. I also witnessed that sweet girl being tortured with disrespect by 2 different workers eric being 1 of them i stood in line over 10 minutes while she called for a mamager to approve my $300 they kept walking passed her and when she says I NEED APPROVAL OVER HERE eric yell at her and get rude and it started a argument between them and this young lady had an entire line and still no help he advised her to call another to the front to help her 😡 That hurt my heart to see her so down as nice as she is.. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THIS WALGREENS WILL SWITCH UP MEDICATION MANUFACTURE WITHOUT YOU KNOWING IT! THIS HAS BEEN MY WALGREENS FOR A VERY LONG TIME, THE SERVICE WAS ALWAYS OUTSTANDING. HOWEVER I NOTICED MY MEDICATION FOR BLOOD PRESSURE LOOK DIFFERENT AND IVE BEEN TAKING THE SAME BLOOD PRESSURE FOR AS MANY YEARS AS IVE BEEN A CONSUMER. HOWVER RECENTLY THERE HAS BEEN SIME CHANGES AT THIS STORE BRANT WHI SAYS HE IS THE STORE MANAGER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE NON EMPATHATIC PHARMACIST MICHELLE WHO DIDNT TEAM TO CARE WHEN I ADVISED HER I WASNT SURE RATHER TO TAKE THE MEDICATION THEY SWITCHED WITHOUT ADVISING, BECAUSE I HAD BEEN TAKING THIS SAME MEDICATION FOR THE LONGER WITH SAME MANUFACTURE. The pharmacy. Is slow as a sloth or snail. After receiving liposuction and skin removal I went to this pharmacy to pick up my medication for my excruciating pain. I went to the pharmacy drive through, I was told I needed to wait 30 minutes, parked came back through drive through in 30 minutes. Faith told me I needed to wait another 30 minutes I asked her for what reason because I was just told to wait 30 minutes previously. She hold me to wait and walked off, came back and said I needed to pay out of pocket for my meds because my insurance did not cover them. I have her the cash for the payments, she then ask for my id. I get a bag & receipt pull off. Then before leaving the parking lot I checked the bag and only 1 of 3 prescriptions were in the bag. I became upset because now after lipo and skin removal I had to go into the pharmacy. Thankfully for Jackie the store manager I got the rest of my prescription.
