Tonight I placed an order from Wonder Wu (restaurant). I repeated my order to the employee I was on the phone with. The employee repeated my order I confirmed and asked how long would it take for the delivery driver to arrive to my location? I was told between 60 and 90 minutes upon my order arriving I noticed there was a mistake I only received partial of my order I called the restaurant back. and explain to them that my order was incorrect. I spoke with the manager, which was a woman. She lets me know that I will have to place a new order and pay for it. I told her that is fine. I placed the order and will pay in cash when the delivery driver arrives the manager (woman), Calls me back and tells me that I will have to pay another delivery charge and that their delivery is a minimum of $15. I explain to her that I should not be getting charged another delivery free because of a mistake they made(wonder Wu), I am paying for my order to be corrected. She then proceeds to place me on hold. Someone else comes to the phone and he is claims to be the manager. I explained to him what is going on in a calm manner. He tells me that he understands my frustrations, but that I will still have to pay the delivery fee for my new order, which will be $13 (Obviously they don’t know how much their delivery fee is) He puts me on hold. When the manager (man) comes back to me, he admits the mistake is from them, but still wants to charge me a delivery fee. Then manager (man) tells me there will be no record of my call and he is placing my number on their block list.

A new woman gets on the phone, I explained the situation and she says light sauce diff from sauce.. I said how would a person know that when we are talking quantity. She said made diff. I said so u use more fish sauce, she said i dont know. What do want me to do, I asked what are u willing to do. She said what time did u eat it, everybody knows food changes after time if u dont eat soon. I said no matter what time I choose to eat it, it shouldn't taste like fish because I ordered a chicken dish. I said I have been a faithful customer and I want to know how to order this right if it changes and u should want to please the customer. She said we dont care, we dont care about ur order. I said you as the manager should care. She said Im.not the manager, she out of town. I will not order from them again, convenience or not when someone says they dont care about the customer who is buying into their business. So rude and I told her that too. You are just RUDE. she would NOT...
Read moreFirst, and LAST time. Waited over an hour for average, maybe even less than average food. I called in an order for pick up at 6:50 pm on a Friday night. I was told it would be ready in 15. When I arrived, there were about 4 people were in line ahead of me, the phone was ringing off the hook. As the rain POURED so the people also poured in, one after another. I paid for my food and proceeded to wait for 45 minutes while everyone who came in after me (about 12 people, I counted) received their order and left. Finally, I approached the counter and asked about my order only to find that it had been sitting on their back table overlooked the entire time. 7:57 pm...an hour an 7 minutes after I ordered. When I got home, my food was almost room temperature; I had to warm it up! And it wasn't even good...just standard Americanized Chinese takeout. I am less than pleased. 2 things were good: 1. I stayed long enough for the rain to let up, and 2. I chatted with an other man the whole time I waited who was rather interesting. He ordered just after me and received his food only moments prior to me. My only hope is his food was better than mine. I will not...
