I went in for expert advice, I could have gone to my uncle who owns private tire service, but decided not to bother. I went in asking if they can Inspect my tires, because I was going on a road trip visit family. The young gentlemen said only the back right tire look worn. He suggested a new one I asked if they had any tires that are good just momentarily because I wanted to change out all my tires later that month. He suggested these tires they had in the back, they looked okay, they are used but I thought I'll trust him, because he should know his stuff. I explained again, so you think I'll be fine with these tires, I told him I was going to San Luis and back that's it. He said they will be fine. Okay.

I noticed when he install my tires he didn't even balance the tire either. I didn't pay no mind, I decided to go along with it.

After installing, which was only 25 dollars, I spected the tire again, and it looked and drove fine.

I go to San Luis, visit family, and on the drive back that same tire I exchanged completely tears apart, Into pieces. It wasn't a hole, or a slice, it complete destroyed.

Once we are home the next day and call if I could exchange the tire or get my old one back because this tire literally only lasted 3 days, the trip there, and back, I never used the car for more than that. They said no they couldn't.

So I'm writing this to advise you, if you happen to get used, skip it. They obviously don't know or don't care, and if that tire would have spun thr car out of control. I would be in deeper trouble.

I can't speak for their new tires, but don't get an inspection or used tires here. Staff guy was formal, don't confused that with nice. formal , to the point, but I personally don't think they know what advice...

Workers at the one in coachella tried to rip me off. I stop there to install 4 new tires I bought on line , I clearly told them I was just leaving one there with them so they charge me $3. When they finished installing my new tires I was about to leave when I notice the tires I was going to take where not inside my yukon so I ask they started playing dumb my old tires had atleast like 70 % thread still good I saw a tire on the side mark with the tire size and I ask the worker said no I think this is from another person so I said if that tire is size 24 it's mine sure enough it was mine. I ask for my other tires they started bringing them out from another area. They probably had a buyer for my used tires specifically because size 24s used are rare tire to find used here in coachella. Never stoping there greedy People oh and they kept my lugz nut...

Went to get a used tire asked for a balance first off kid didn’t know how to get the machine to work until another worker came over to help then spun it once placed weights in the middle of the rim in proper placement and then pulled it off not rechecking or re spinning it like you should went to college and have a master tech ase just not the machines to do tires when I tried to tell him he got defensive and swore like he knew what he was doing and proceeded to say I’m in school and I followed with I finished school and have my ase but again no apology no let me recheck it just oh go pay in the office definitely need better customer service I go to the Palm Springs one and the lady there is nice respectful and very helpful this staff I would say the...
