Disappointing Experience at Sora Apartments

I moved into Sora Apartments with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory.

Electrical Issues: The ongoing electrical problems in the apartment have been a nightmare. It's absurd that I can't use basic appliances like the stove and blender simultaneously without tripping the breaker. Even more frustrating is management's lack of concern, claiming the issue came with the building purchase and won't be addressed.

Staff: While the leasing staff, particularly Alexis and Lena, have been courteous and helpful, interactions with Ann and Evelien have been less than ideal. Ann's consistent misnaming felt deliberate, and Evelien's repeated disabling of payment options on my online portal was incredibly inconvenient and unprofessional.

Maintenance: The maintenance staff's attitude leaves much to be desired. One older gentleman in particular has a confrontational demeanor and dismisses residents' concerns instead of addressing them constructively.

Quality and Amenities: Considering the exorbitant rent of $3500 for a two-bedroom apartment, the quality of materials and amenities is severely lacking. The lack of countertop space and storage in the bathroom, along with poorly designed installations like the oversized sink, are major drawbacks. Additionally, the shallow pool and perpetually broken spa hardly justify the high cost.

Safety Concerns: The parking situation outside the building poses a safety hazard, with illegal parking being a common occurrence. Exiting the premises feels risky due to the chaotic environment.

Conclusion: Overall, my experience at Sora Apartments has been deeply disappointing. For the steep rent charged, residents deserve better quality living conditions, amenities, and management responsiveness. I strongly advise prospective tenants to explore other options in Inglewood that offer superior amenities, space, and...

Importante: all the leasing agents and managers are so kind and lovely people. Alexis and Eva, and the maintenance folks are so kind and nice. They really make this place a home.

They work very hard to organize events, keep the community spirit up. They work tirelessly to keep the facility clean, smelling nice , do trash pick up everyday in this massive complex!! I really appreciate the whole management team. They are the jewel of Sora ❤️

I enjoy the facilities , the 24/7 gym is always clean, with fresh towels & disinfectant spray. Such a nice detail! They also have accesible bathrooms and water fountains!

The lounge is beautiful, perfect for hanging out , having events, get togethers or teleworking during the week. It’s even stocked with a fridge , micro and coffee bar! Again the details!

The rentable fully furnished unit for guests is a super unique benefit I’ve never seen. 10/10

A great Experience. I booked a Showing .Lena showed us the apartment. She did a wonderful job and is very patient and knowledgeable.Lena Answered all our questions. She showed the apartment with excitement and enthusiasm.

Then Eveline , The manager . she was so patient and very knowledgeable. I called her so many times because of my lease. she answered it with patient. The process for the leasing was very easy with Lena . I witnessed a great customer service from Lena and Eveline . The apartment is clean , overall in a great location close to everything.
