My daughter and I went there on June 9th at 11:30 am to order for a 4:00 pm pickup. While my daughter was giving our order, the lady that was taking the order, which I now know is the manager, constantly made assumptions regarding how we wanted our order, instead of patiently listening. For example, we ordered 3 Tour of Mexico platters, and wanted them as described on the menu no changes. The manager asked us what type of meat did we want for the tacos, and assumed we wanted 1 platter of chicken, 1 platter of carnitas and 1 platter of carne asada.

We also ordered a single side of beans as well as a single side of rice (which she once again assumed we wanted the beans and rice in a container together). I asked the manager if she could show me the container sizes of a half tray and a single serving of rice and beans. I was told it was to far for her to walk to the back and get a container. She wanted me to picture it in my mind how the container looked. I paid for the food and requested it would be ready by 4:00 pm for pickup.

I arrived to pickup my order at 4:15 pm, my daughter and husband went in and were told that the order was just now being prepared. Three employees (1 man and 2 women) were aware that they were there for a 4:00 pm pickup. My daughter and husband were told to wait outside while the order was being prepared and someone would bring the order out to them. We waited approximately 40 minutes for the food. NO ONE came out with the food until my husband went back in and asked one of the employees (that stated she just started her shift) was our order ready. She came right back out with the order. Who knows HOW LONG our order had been sitting and would have been still sitting if my husband did not go in and ask.

Since our food wasn’t prepared until after 4:00 pm, we would have expected the food to be delicious maybe even just good. This was NOT the case WHAT SO EVER. The street tacos were a MAJOR disappointment, and we love tacos. The chicken in the tacos were hard, dried out and had pieces of chicken gristle in them. The carne asada was too salty to eat. The carnitas were ok. The beans were not good, very bland, no flavor, like opening a can of refried bean with a touch of cheese on top. Same with the Spanish rice, bland and flavorless.

This was my 64th Birthday dinner. What a disappointment. If I could rate this...

The atmosphere was def festive, but I think restaurant owners or managers packed too many seats and tables for the configurations of the space. It felt so overcrowded and the noise (between the talking patrons and the BLARING music) made my dinning experience very unpleasant. The volume at which they played the music and the crowded space would be more appropriate for a night club, not a dine-in restaurant. They really ought to consider taking out a few tables to open up the space more, because it felt like a sardine can the way they had it arranged. They have a DJ booth and bar area, which are nice but it didn't seem like they accounted for that when setting seating and table arrangements. Now on to the food. Low in quality, flavor and freshness. I ordered a combo plate (tamal and enchilada with a side of rice, beans and additional side of cabbage). The presentation was okay, but they forgot to bring out my additional side of cabbage, which the waiter then brought out in a condiment cup, AND ONLY after I brought it to his attention. I was surprised that he brought it out in a condiment ("sample-size") cup because I specifically asked for a side, not a sample of. I expressed this to the waiter and he dismissed this fact and said he wouldn't charge me for it. That was nice of him but I would've rather he told me they ran out of something than to bring something out that was inconsistent with my order. There after, I decided to try my food out and noticed the tamal was EXTREMELY DRY along with the rice. The only things that were edible were the refried beans and the enchilada, but overall very MEDIOCORE. The food had the quality of "buffet food" as in the food was probably mass produced or purchased from a factory and prepared a day or hrs earlier, then set out on hot/warming trays to keep it warm enough to be served to its restaurant patrons. Local and visiting (out of state) patrons should be served much better food than what I had that day. I relunctantly paid for my food and jetted out of there. I really try to support local restaurants, vendors, etc, but in this instance I was gravely dissapointed. I will not be returning to this establishment...

We love the food and drinks of this place, we go once a month to have lunch or dinner, I would say WAS one of my favorite Mexican restaurants. My last visit was TERRIBLE!!! Food and service was down to 0. The menu shows different pictures to how they serve and that was an issue, we wanted something healthy and was full of grease/butter, the waitress came to our table and said they don’t longer serve the plate like it shows in the menu because was a problem that got mixed with the sides. The waitress who said she was the manager in shift didn’t care to fix, she just asked: so, you don’t want it? We said no, she took the plate and when she was leaving we asked her for the menu to choose another plate, the “manager” didn’t bring the menu, I got up and look for her, she was on the phone. We spent over 15 minutes waiting, finally she came, now, here is another issue, there was an order of chiles rellenos (asked this plate before and the waitresses asked for what kind of tortilla) this time the waitress “manager” didn’t ask, so, after 15 minutes waiting and she came to our table, I asked her for my tortillas, she said that order comes without tortillas!!!!! Really? A Mexican dish without tortillas? (There are exceptions like burrito, enchilas).. but chile relleno no tortilla? UNACCEPTABLE!! She not even gave us the option when she was taking the order if we wanted tortillas or not. Having all the issues, my plate after 25 minutes dealing with the waitress “manager” went cold. We decided to left and same she asked if we was not to have the chile relleno, we said no, and she took the plate, we asked for the check. Looking to this situation as a manager she didn’t protect her boss business, she didn’t care that two plates went to trash and losing money the business. She didn’t care to fix the issue, she didn’t care to lose clients. Our checks there was between $80.00 to $250.00 and more when we we took all the family to have a dinner in...

Fiesta Martin is great traditional Mexican food. If you want the new ever so healthy fake Mexican food, this is not the place for you. They have everything you could want in Mexican cuisine. It is all great and you will love it. Parking is easy as there is a large lot, they are in a big strip mall. There may be a wait, but it is worth it. I don't know if they take reservations. The place is clean and the bathrooms need some maintenance, but they are fair. Now, this place can get loud and I wish they would turn the music down at dinner time, but it is bearable to be able to have their great offerings. The service is super nice, they know the menu and your food will be delivered hot. Our server was very nice and although she was very busy, she took good care of us and was just a really kind person. They have a full bar and I think live music on some nights, but I am not sure. They have happy hour and their drinks are strong and they can make anything. The food is just the best. We love the combination plates. Their rice and beans are so great and you can get black beans if you want. They have super guacamole and I think they make their own chips. I had nachos and they were amazing. We also had enchiladas and tacos. Just yum. Everything is great. Go there.

Fiesta Grill is such a gem! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt lively yet relaxed—perfect for both couples and families. It’s kid-friendly with plenty of space, and I loved seeing so many children enjoying their meals. It made the whole environment feel welcoming and full of life. I ordered the Mango Virgin, non-alcoholic Margarita, and it was absolutely delicious refreshing, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Definitely my new favorite drink! I also had the Siete Martes Soup, and it was packed with flavor and comfort in every spoonful. My partner had the enchiladas and rice, and they were equally amazing—seasoned just right and very satisfying. One of the things I appreciated most is how easy it was to hold a conversation. Even with the buzz of happy diners, the noise level was pleasant, not overwhelming. The parking situation was also a big plus—a huge lot with free parking, which made getting in and out stress-free. They even had thoughtful touches like a picture person and someone offering roses, which added to the charm. Whether you're celebrating something special or just out for a great meal, Fiesta Grill makes it memorable. I’ll definitely be back!
