Customer appreciation is not welcome at this place I spent tons and hundreds of dollars over the past 5 years just for a it all to come down to a pulley for my bong to put my weed in they said I needed a receipt to return it I bought it from you it looks like the ones that I bought from you who goes around trying to return bowls to weed shops I felt very disrespected and as a customer I felt unappreciative............ We were here a couple weeks ago we purchased two glass bongs made by Twisted Sister's GlassWorks well we used both bongs when we got home we thought price was Great $30.00 each well the next day we found that the one bongs had leaked all its water out on our coffee table in the living room we got a chance today to take it back well manager told us we should have checked the pipe out before we used it I posting pictures of the bongs it's clear that glass has manufactured flaws, just would like to update this post we ended up putting epoxy to seal the crack.
