Burger King — Restaurant in Dearborn

I’d give this place lower stars except that aside from the foolishness that’s going on with the staff, the food is always hot and made fresh. But that’s where it ends. Every. Single. Time. I come here, it’s pull up to the door. I get it. You want to reset the timers to lower your drive thru handling time so management gets their reward and you can take your time with the orders. However, this should not come at the cost of your quality and timeliness. It’s taking 10 minutes to get food because, like tonight, there’s two people in the store making food, two more in the parking lot smoking weed. And the person bringing the food out abandons the customers to join them in conversation. I’ve worked in two McDonald’s and a Checkers in the past so I’m hip to what’s going on. 2 of the last 3 times I’ve been here, this happened. Last time I ordered a double whopper with cheese and got home and had a single with no cheese and made sloppy as all hell. And of course, there’s never a receipt to take the survey or contact management about the issues. This is all by design. Burger King better get it together because I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but your stores are few and far between and other chains are eating your lunch. Soon, you’ll be relegated to the status of Arby’s or Checkers. And think about it…when was the last time you heard someone say they wanted to eat Arby’s or Checkers for...

Terrible place. I had no problem with them before but this was just the end of me going here anymore. I ordered the A1 burger with no onions and 3 grilled hotdogs with no relish... Let's just say, the patties were dried out and one of the three hotdogs had ONE onion on it(no I'm not exaggerating) and another had 3 onions... And all three hotdogs were dried and just kept under a heat lamp for god knows how long... So I call up and complain (I'm not one to call and complain), so I talk to the manager and he says he out my name in the log.. So I go up there a week later and the manager says "your name is not in the log". "Your order isn't even listed in here. If you have your receipt I can do something but it not, there's nothing I can do". Yeah I will never go here. I will also NEVER go to the taco bell right next to it. These places don't deserve $14/$15 an hour. They can't even get orders right. I completely stopped fast food thanks to these fast...

The white heavy set guy with glasses that's taking orders has poor communication skills. Before ordering i asked if they had the strawberry frozen with nerds. He takes 2 steps to look at the machine and says we don't have the nerds but we do have the strawberry frozen. I said ok because if they didn't have the strawberry I would have just went to another store. So I ordered my food and ask for no drink of pop but the strawberry frozen. I paid for my food and he proceeds to get the drink. Then he tells me that they don't have the strawberry but have coke? Isn't thats what i ask for when i came in and you looked and told me that you do have it but without the nerds? If he would have told me that they didnt have the drink from the start i would have drove to a different store and would not have ordered there. Don't bait me into buying things when you know damn well you didn't have it...
