UPDATE: I was very irritated when this happened, and again when I couldn't get in touch with anybody, so I finally wrote this review. Since then, I have gotten in touch with Taco Bell corporate, and they took good care of me. I just wanted the refund for the food I never received, but they went above and beyond what I asked for.
I have since been back to use the credit I received, and everything was fantastic. The young lady who helped me at the window was very personable and positive, and the food was perfect (which isn't a surprise from this location lately).
My recommendation is to call the store when you place an order to pick up inside the store, just to make sure they're actually allowing people in.
I ordered and paid in the app for in-store pickup due to a time crunch, but when I got there, the lobby was closed. I didn't have time to go through the drive-thru because there were ten cars in front of me, so I had to leave. The app wouldn't let me cancel, and I STILL can't get ahold of anybody to get my refund. I know I can file a dispute with my credit card company, but it's just an unnecessary hassle caused by somebody choosing to lock their doors but still take people's money.

Read moreI'm so disgusted by the experience that I had today at this location. We eat at TB frequently (at least 2-3 times per month) and I have never been so unhappy.
The person working the drive thru sounded irritated and discourteous. This wasn't that big of a deal, but set a tone for the whole visit.
When we arrived home, I distributed the items we ordered to my family as they were marked. We began to eat our food, and boy oh boy, did I ever regret stopping in to this TB.
All of the food was placed into wrapper sloppily and with sauce covering the outside of the shells.
I have been a vegetarian for more than 15 years, so I ordered a bean and rice burrito, a fiesta potato, and a potato taco. Here is what I actually received: Potato taco: shell, lettuce, sauce - no cheese or potatoes. Fiesta Potatoes: 6 stale potatoes (I counted) Bean and Rice Burrito: ground beef and Fritos
While the first two items were inedible, the last one was completely incorrect. Since I haven't eaten meat in over a decade, the bite that I began to chew made me instantly sick and I began vomiting.

They were unable to process electronic payments at the drive-thru, however did not post a sign so that customers did not enter their drive-thru line, causing any customers that did not have cash to have to wait in line until every car ahead of them picked up their orders at the window. This Taco Bell does not have a way to exit their drive-thru once a car enters the line. Which is why management should have been considerate, to make sure a sign was posted for drive-thru customers to see before they entered the line, not when they get to the microphone to place their order.
To make matters worse, it was a manager at the microphone telling customers, "cash only". We were trapped 15 minutes in line, while the car in front of us waited for their order.
When I asked the manager why this wasn't posted, she looked confused. I suggested that they post a sign so that future customers did not find themselves in a similar situation, or worse, with a much longer wait. Based off of her unconcerned reaction and tone, I will assume she probably didn't...
