I called in yesterday from my therapists office at New Oakland and they said they would come by this morning. After starving and waiting since 9am. No food or clean water, I got worried. At 11am I called and they said they were going to bring a little food for my every 2 month ration since I signed up and gave them all of my personal private information 2months ago. Now they said that they would come out between 1 and 1:30 and that they would call me from a private number. I waited waited waited waited waited waited no phone call. One phone call from a lady not at a private number asking if Fred was available and I said this is Michelle and I don't know a Fred you must have the wrong number. At 1:45 I called and I'm starving and crying still because they put me on hold and hung up on me 4 times and after I finally got ahold of someone she lies and says that someone already came out and knocked on my door. I live in an 8story building and never got a phone call. She was so rude and disrespectful as she basically told me that it's my problem if I'm starving and that they would not be able to come out "again". She told me that if I want she could call the ambulance as if it were ridiculous for me to expect the volunteer that lied and said that she "already came out" should come back and actually call me. Met with Gigi and she is just the sweetest person her personality is so down to earth and inviting I also met 2 of the sewing instructor they are also very friendly and caring they seem to have a lot of Sabr and knowledge they are very serious about sewing but they also make you smile and laugh. They took away the sugar- flour- oil- honey- noodles meat and the hygiene products plus everything else that was needed. Not even any soup.
