We bowl all over and this has now been our worst bowling experience twice over, so we won't be back.

We arrived not long after opening to very tacky lanes that had yet to be oiled. They began oiling lanes to our right, working their way towards us. Prior to our second game, when they were three lanes away, we asked if they were going to oil ours so we could wait, they told us no, they were only oiling lanes up until two lanes before ours.

We are avid bowlers, so we were upset, but figured we could remedy the situation by requesting a newly oiled lane. Much to our disappointment, they said all of the oiled lanes were league only. Well, we bowled several hours and the leagues never went in the closest three lanes to us. Complete nonsense.

Again, we arrived soon after they opened. The lanes should've all been oiled prior so it's extremely upsetting to spend nearly $100 and not have well-kept lanes. We are not happy.

In addition, our lane malfunctioned many, many times. We requested a free game and were told no. It malfunctioned with both a 10lb and 16lb ball, so it was not just ball size. This took extensive periods of time to remedy each malfunction.

Lastly, and I understand that bowling is a family experience, but a group of children were placed next to us, the youngest being maybe five years old. The parents were no where to be found. The kids were all grouped, standing in our bowling lanes, on their cell phones. I had to request them to move nearly every bowl, for multiple games. It was ridiculous.

Pair all of this together, with our turned down request for a SINGLE free game, out of us spending over $100, we are upset.

Hopefully this review is read by the owners and dealt with accordingly so more people don't have a poor experience. We are working on finding a hometown alley close to our new home, so we are disappointed but hopeful that others won't have...

I've been to this bowling alley many many times with friends and family for dinner the last time that we were in I had gotten a bacon cheeseburger and fries I also had a mixed drink and my bill was under $20 January 3rd I had ordered the same thing bacon cheeseburger and fries she told me it would be $22 in some change and I said tell me why it's $23 for a burger and fries she told me I had to pay extra for the bacon and for the cheese it sounds to me they are ripping off customers tremendously so the prices in the kitchen has Rose tremendously and the quality of the food has dropped in became very very poor my bacon cheeseburger was super dry and didn't taste like fresh Burger it tasted it looks like it was a processed Burger Frozen Burger the bun was dry crusting apart there was one piece of bacon as I had to pay separate it was very expensive for that one piece I could have bought a whole pack of bacon for that price of that one piece of bacon and the fries were super soggy I do not recommend eating here and if you do eat here I would check your bill and what you get on your burgers because they charge you for everything that's on your burger individually I will not return here and spend that much money d...

It was my husband and my first time going here to eat. We just wanted something different and we'd heard it had great food. Well it was definitely great food! After getting there the 2 staff members at the bar we're busy. One was busy doing a lot of stuff as the other was talking to a guy. We didn't know if we had to wait to be seated or find our own seat. So after standing there for a few minutes we sat ourselves. Took a few minutes to get menu's and then took a bit to give our order. My husband got the chicken ranch wrap which was amazing, i got the wet burrito which was amazing also...after it was made right. I told waitress NO tomotoe's as I'm allergic to them. A nice gentleman brought our food out and it had no lettuce and lots of tomotoe's. Gentleman said waitress wrote down no lettuce. Ugh. It was taken care of and it was wonderful. Definitely worth the price. Again, took a while to get a box and check. Can't really blame waitress however as she was running the bar and tables. She was constantly busy while we were there. But because it was only her the service was poor. I would just hope it isn't like that everyday. Otherwise it was a descent...
