I loved working with the staff at M.C. Ginsberg. I initially brought an idea and a computer model of an engagement ring I wanted to create for my wife. Lizzie, Mark, and the staff at M.C. Ginsberg were incredibly patient and helpful in planning the ring design. They were very easy to reach and communicate with regarding the process. Ultimately, my wife and I were incredibly pleased with the final product as it was just how we had imagined the ring. We were so pleased, we also decided to get our wedding bands from M.C. Ginsberg. Again, the staff at M.C. Ginsberg demonstrated great professionalism and patience - there was some necessary modifications to my wife's wedding band to allow it to interlock with her engagement ring and both of our rings needed a few rounds of resizing. The M.C. Ginsberg staff were happy to do this at no extra charge for us. To quote Mark, "it was important to get this right". This attention to detail and care for their customers is why I would return to M.C. Ginsberg (and only M.C. Ginsberg!) when buying/making jewelry for my wife...

Lizzie, Vickie, Mark and other team members are always welcoming, accommodating, and enjoy getting to know their customers. They also celebrate diversity, which we appreciate. Lizzie helped us create custom jewelry that was perfect for us and fit into our budget. It's hard to find such personalized customer service and attention to detail these days, not to mention a true family owned and run business.
