Dollar General — Local services in Iron River

Dollar General was okay would be much better if they would get the products in that they actually sell. Then two months now trying to get baby aspirin, Rexall 300 pills for $4. They only get three bottles in at a time and you actually have to be there when they're unpacking them to get them. Also people are scarfing up the distilled water. It comes in a gallon size jug and she says they come in and take it 6 at a time. Usually goes the vet comes in so no one else can get some. Dollar General better wake up and stop sending just what they sell. If they sell three of the products and that's all that's on the Shelf and that's all you send them each time they're never going to sell more. Because there isn't any more to sell! Manager takes umbrage with the can sorting part of her job. While I understand the customers can be rude, and sticky fingers are not welcome by most, the manager at this troubled location has not mastered the basics of grinning nor forebearance. She will let you know in the most irate, unpleasant tone, in the most upfront way, what she thinks of any cans you bring in that are not immaculate. By this I mean residue, rather than seepage or significant film accumulation. Any unpleasantness in this respect sets her off. One wonders why she doesn't search for other opportunities in this plentiful job market, but that's one aspect of her life she has a right to exercise control over....
