Ohmygosh! I honestly do not know how to express how amazing this Lawyer is...words simply cannot express our gratitude. I’ll start off with saying that Anthony is a nice man. He is respectful and maybe a little young and not as experienced. Unfortunately, he was too busy to read my real estate response regarding complaint. He jumped on a call with me and basically said, “what’s the problem and why didn’t you just sell your house back to the previous owner?” It was strange and super awkward. I’m sure he isn’t a homeowner to number 1- understand that I’ve owned my house for 3 years and our $15k into it. And number 2- Read my actual contract and see that there’s no grounds for a buy back after 6 months. I found Lerma Law- they read EVERYTHING, they had questions but after reading were like “this is so wrong what they’re doing to you and how they’re trying to take advantage and side swipe the court.” The got everything settled and saved me the extra $60,000 they were trying to charge me on a layout if I self my house. Please go with an attorney who will actually read the comparing, your answer, the agreement, etc or else this man will unfortunately will call you and waste your time.
