Irvine Virtual Office — Local services in Irvine

This whole organization is a scam. DO NOT hire them for anything. They take $170 a month from me (plus $180 up front for mail processing) and in three months I haven’t received a single piece of mail for my business. Supposed to get emails when I get mail. Nothing. I’ve sent myself test items and they have just disappeared apparently. They said they had a few pieces of mail for me 2 months ago that they supposedly forwarded to my address on file... never received them.

I’ve been waiting for lease documents for 2 months now since I’m renting actual office space. Maria always has some kind of excuse as to why I haven’t received them yet.

I left a lengthy voicemail with all my grievances TWO WEEKS AGO hoping a supervisor or office manager would get it and resolve my issues since Maria is obviously ill-equipped to handle the workload and she’s the only one who ever answers the phone but, shocker, no one ever responded.

So this week I’ll be filing a report with the Irvine Police Dept. and filing a claim with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service for mail theft and/or tampering. Maybe a Federal investigation will remind them what their...

Irvine Virtual Office used to be an OK virtual office service, but about a month ago after ordering new business checks and never receiving them, I realized that in addition to losing mail, you also cannot get a hold of anyone in the company anymore.

I tried calling during business hours and only got a voice mail, left a message but no-one called back, emailed their support email address but no-one replied, and opened two support tickets with no response to either. After over 3 weeks of not hearing back I finally gave up, accepted the financial loss from several months of service I'll never receive (I had prepaid for full 12 months), and started moving my business elsewhere.

Just sharing this experience so no-one else would make the mistake of signing up with a company that doesn't seem to even...

I used them for over 6 months and did NOT receive any mail from them when I was expecting many pieces of mail from banks and even checks. I never received them even though they were sent.
