This company is genuinely the worst brand I have ever shopped at. More specifically, this exact location has the most horrible customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life—starting with their incompetent management and staff.
Last night, I came to make a return. The store hours clearly stated they closed at 10 PM, yet they were already closed by 9:25 PM. I stood at the front door trying to get their attention, but the employees just stared at me and ignored me. Then, a little Indian girl stood there and proceeded to taunt us—waving and blowing kisses in an immature attempt to be funny. It was shockingly disrespectful and incredibly embarrassing to witness someone behave so childishly while representing a brand. We were nothing but polite and simply wanted clarification about the hours, especially since we were only there to make a return.
Eventually, someone came to the door and told us the store hours listed on Google Maps were incorrect. No apology—just dismissal. I returned the next day to complete my return, and this time I was told that returns could only be made at the original location of purchase—something that was never disclosed at any point during checkout or online.
They didn’t try to help or offer any sort of solution. The store was a complete mess, and the employees clearly lacked any retail training or professionalism. Read moreHorrible customer service. I came to exchange hoodie that I purchased online. They told me that the policy only allows them to refund the original and recharge the new one. I was like ok thats fine. But when I was purchasing, I noticed that the price was slightly different after the price match. So I asked why the price is different. Then they say “shipping is not refunded” but I didn’t pay for shipping.. And another girl comes in and says “THE TAX IS NOT REFUNDED” and another one goes “YOU ARE ADDED A LOCAL TAX”. First off, saying tax will not be refunded just shows stupidity. And saying local OC tax is added to the purchase I made to my home address which has the same zip code as spectrum center is another. Then they finally figured out that it was the discount code LOL. And yet nobody admitted their mistake. Then I told them that it’s fine but just get me a refund receipt since now I can’t trust them to know how sales system works at this point. Then they got defensive and told me it was already sent. I found it in my email so I was like oh ok i got it. Then she goes “you are all set (so leave now)”. Seems like just not well educated people working there. I have never had a more appalling experience in my life. From the moment I walked in, it was clear this establishment thrives on chaos and zero accountability. The staff seemed to be competing to see who could ignore me the longest. After waiting 25 minutes just to ask a simple question, I was met with the kind of attitude you’d expect from someone who hates their job—and their customers.
The clothes? Laughable. garbage that you could find at shein except with more cost, but here it’s marketed as “premium.” To top it off, the store was filthy. smelly workers and people, and a smell I can only describe as wet carpet mixed with despair.
When I finally decided to leave (empty-handed, of course), I overheard an argument between two employees about their schedule. Professionalism? None. Customer care? Nonexistent.
