Enzo Apartments — Local services in Irvine

I have to be honest — the customer service from one of the managers here has been extremely disappointing. I’ve been trying for quite some time to reach Alexis, but she has not responded to my emails or returned my phone calls. When I call the office, no one answers. It feels as though they may be screening calls with caller ID, as I never seem to get through. When I walk into the office Alexis looks annoyed, she's rude, and I feel rushed out and disregarded. The other manager seems to soley rely on Alexis so shes not much help either.

Katherine on the other hand and the other young gentleman are very nice, they smile and they answer my calls. While Katherine is very nice and friendly, it seems her role is mainly focused on giving tours, and she often has to defer to her managers for answers. Unfortunately, I never hear back from those managers. I was given a move in date in May and they still havent processed me.

Regardless of how busy a business is, good customer service should be a priority. I sincerely hope they address these communication issues and improve the responsiveness of their management team. Im not sure how they are planning to make money by not responding to inquiries and filling the units quickly?

I had a holding deposit of $300 applied to a 1 bedroom apartment and it was never returned. Scam a bunch of crooks. I never completed an application due to some bogus software program the apartment complex requires you to upload pay stubs and bank statements. I received 3-4 phone calls and voice mails pressuring me to complete my application and upload my documents. I brought my income verification pay stubs and hard copies of banks statements in person to their office and they did not accept or want to take them even though I would have qualified the documents had to be uploaded through some bogus software program. Nobody is going to give personal banking information directly from their bank to an apartment complex are you kidding. Complete joke. Do not waste your time. Avenue 5 terribly managed will never...
