I cannot begin to express to you just now much you should steer clear of this complex. Listen to the negative reviews – I wish I had! I lived here for 9 months then ended my lease early because I simply could not take the treatment and conditions any longer.

The leasing office team cares about one thing and one thing only – collecting rent checks. After that, they prioritize silencing/avoiding tenant concerns over offering any type of helpful guidance. We experienced multiple facility issues right from day one such as a dirty unit on move-in day, middle of the night fire alarms, and the unit-provided refrigerator breaking down and spoiling all our food to name a few. The apartment claims to be luxury but they are using that term extremely loosely in my opinion.

Potential renters beware - that entire complex is infested with roaches and the leasing team does not care. The facilities may look nice on your guided tour but once you live here, you will wake up to dead roaches in your kitchen and see them scurrying around the pool when you’re trying to relax in the jacuzzi. Truly disgusting. The leasing office offered to have our apartment unit sprayed with poison as they have a contracted exterminator do regular visits. We received the spray treatment 3 times and all failed to remedy the problem.

Also note that you WILL hear your neighbors. Our neighbors were absolutely relentless and could be heard stomping around and what sounded like building furniture way past quiet hours while we were trying to sleep. The walls in this place are so thin, I could hear their dog walking around as well as their shower running daily. I again let the leasing office know, and of course they were no help.

Bottom line is this: these conditions are not luxury but the asking rent price is. Don’t waste your hard-earned money on a roach infested and backwards leasing team. The complex is small but the way the leasing office runs things makes you feel like you are living on a huge property managed by an offsite company. They’re all unprofessional, unreliable, and make arbitrary rules causing inconvenience and confusion. I regret leasing here and will never go back to them or any of their...

I couldn't have asked for a better experience while moving into this apartment! Ruben and Tanner were absolutely fantastic. From the moment we walked in, their friendly demeanor and warm welcome put us at ease. They made the entire process of getting to know the place and moving in incredibly smooth.

Ruben went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home. When we were struggling with moving some of our heavier items, he came to the rescue with a cart, which was a total lifesaver! His kindness and willingness to help truly stood out. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making your move-in process as stress-free as possible.

Tanner was equally wonderful, taking the time to answer all of our questions and showing us around with a genuine enthusiasm. It's clear that both Ruben and Tanner are not just professionals, but also genuinely friendly people who care about their residents' well-being. Thanks to Ruben and Tanner, what could have been a daunting moving experience turned into a rather pleasant one. Their assistance and friendliness made a world of difference, and we're so grateful for their outstanding customer service. Very poor management and questionable practices. I was forced to pay an exorbitant lease break fee and move out in under a month because the noise levels were intolerable. Despite living here for less than a month and already paying a substantial lease break fee, I was still charged additional fees for cleaning and painting. It’s questionable why a unit that was occupied for less than a month would require repainting.

When touring units here I would be pay extra attention to checking for noise issues. Some of the units are poorly designed, as they directly share a wall with the elevator - which was my unit. These units experience constant and earthquake like noise whenever someone uses the elevator (which is every 5 minutes constantly). Additionally, there is minimal soundproofing from street noise and neighbors above. You will hear every step the neighbor above takes, and hear all the noise from the road. The constant noises caused me severe migraines, forcing me to move out in 1 month.

The management does not have the ability to address these issues and have questionable fee practices. I advise taking time to thoroughly evaluate the noise levels...
