We have some very picky friends that sold their house with Jen and were singing her praises. We knew that she had to be good because we met her thru this referral but did not think that she was going to be THIS good!

First things first, Jen is just such a happy and radiant person, and it's just a joy to be around her. Also you can easily tell that she loves her job and is very passionate. Our house was fully remodeled so we expected top dollar but she added her incredible touch with the staging and photography to make it look even better. I need to pause on this again, the staging and photos were incredible!!

She was always on top of the schedule, it felt like she knew every agent/broker in Irvine and offers started rolling even before the open house. She had the best open house over the weekend, brought in so many people with creative advertising and truly made buyers freak out after seeing so many people in our house and offers really started rolling in. Our asking price was reasonable and not one of those "crazy low numbers" that are just there to generate interest, our price was solid and yet she still managed to sell it over 15% of asking. We were under contract within 3 days of the open house and 7 days of listing.
