I recently had the pleasure of discovering Ivory Florist, a delightful small family-owned business tucked away in the heart of Irvine. From the moment I stepped into their charming shop, I was greeted with warmth and genuine friendliness from the owner and her children who also work at the shop. It was evident that this florist truly cares about their customers. Her passion for their craft shines through in every meticulously arranged bouquet.
Ivory Florist is the best floral arrangements in all of California in my honest opinion. I was amazed by the sheer beauty and creativity of their designs. Each bouquet was a masterpiece, showcasing a perfect blend of colors, textures, and fragrances. Ivory Florist carefully curates its collections by incorporating a blend of imported blooms from exotic destinations and locally sourced flowers, ensuring a vibrant and quality assortment. The attention to detail was remarkable, and it was evident that every petal was carefully selected and arranged with love and expertise.
What truly sets Ivory Florist apart from other florists in the area is the unmatched quality of their flowers. The blooms I purchased lasted longer than any others I have ever bought, and their fragrance filled my home with an enchanting aroma. It was as if I had brought a piece of nature's paradise into our office space! The flowers were so fresh and vibrant that they truly brightened our days for the past 2 weeks!
After such a fantastic experience, I can confidently say that Ivory Florist will be my go-to for any future floral needs. The impeccable customer service, professionalism, stunning arrangements, and exceptional quality make them the top choice around. I wholeheartedly recommend Ivory Florist to anyone seeking a truly memorable and beautiful...
Read moreI needed a last-minute bridal bouquet and sent the florist a photo of exactly what I wanted. They assured me they could replicate it, which was a relief because while I could have made it myself, having them do it would save me time. I informed them that my event started at 2 PM and that I needed to pick up the bouquet by 1:30 PM. There was a three-hour window to complete the order. I paid $150, understanding the premium for express service.
However, when I arrived at 1:30 PM, the bouquet wasn’t ready. Fortunately, they acknowledged their mistake and delivered it to me at no extra charge. But when I received it, I immediately noticed that the stems were cut much shorter than in the reference photo. They claimed it was due to the nature of the flowers, which wasn’t true. Just two hours later, the bouquet started wilting and falling apart—before the wedding even began.
When I expressed my dissatisfaction upon receiving it, they simply told me nothing could be changed. I expected some form of compensation for not delivering the bouquet as requested, but they refused and blamed the short time frame. As a small business owner myself, I understand the challenges of express orders. However, when we accept a rush job, we charge accordingly but never compromise on quality or shift the blame onto the customer. The florist was polite, but that was the extent of their support. Looking back, I wish I had made the bouquet myself—I’m confident I could have done...
Read moreReally disappointed the florist delivered my daughter’s bouquet to her work at 5:24 pm. Who is still at work at that time?! I paid over $300 top price only to have it delivered after she left to go home. One star for beautiful arrangement as advertised but anticlimactic to say the least. You would think it’s supposed to be a surprise and to deliver it in the morning sometime before the end of the day. Wouldn’t recommend until they can guarantee delivery time.
Just spoke with the owner regarding the purchase. She said they had an event that day and that is why the flowers were delivered at the end of the day. My suggestion was to plan to have more staff on occasions like these in order to mitigate very late delivery. Plan ahead even when the bottom line is a little lower that day. She said she added more roses to compensate for it. I just think with so much competition out there and you have customers willing to pay top price, that service should be pristine. Apparently she overbooked that day willing to risk late deliveries. I appreciate her apologies but her rebuttal was “I added more flowers.” Customers should get what they pay for.
Update: For the benefit of the delivery guy, I give him 5 stars. My daughter later told me she was at her office and he did call her at 4 pm and even offered to re -route the order to her place. She said he was very good about it. I feel bad for him as he was probably under a lot of...
