I was lucky enough to find the NOTEBOOKSHOP while doing research on where to get my computer fixed. I called and spoke to Paul. After a brief conversation, I was convinced this was the shop for me and I jumped in the car and headed to Paul's shop. Paul explained best and worst case scenarios, quoted me a fair price and I was on my way. Approximately 2.5 hours later, Paul calls and says my computer is ready for pick-up. I was amazed at how quickly he completed the project. When I returned to pick-up my computer, Paul walked me thru what he had to do, demonstrated the computers functionality and then proceeded to charge me LESS than the quoted amount. Now that's HONESTY for you. He could have charged me the full amount and I would have been satisfied and returned to his shop in the future. Now, I am for sure a customer for life thanks to Paul, his expertise and of course his honesty. Considering the state of dishonesty in the world today, it is really nice to find someone you can trust. I know I can trust Paul. I've bought my last 3 laptops from Notebook Shop and I always go here for any repairs. I love these guys. They always go over and above for me. I have in past gone to big more commercial repair shops and my computer never worked right and every time I'd take it back to them they would insinuate it was me or my computer's fault and charge me more money. But since I found the Notebook Shop I never go anywhere else-I trust them completely. They are top of the line with their repair technology and stay current with the updates the computer industry. Can't say enough good things about these...

My family has easily bought over 10 computers from these guys over the years. Each time we get the latest computer, buy the extended/ultimate warranty, and if there's ever a problem we bring them back and never worry about it. I'm pretty savvy with computers so I tend to fix any problem but I did have a HDD issue and they replaced it with a larger & faster HDD, no questions asked. These guys are the best or else we wouldn't keep going back...
