BEWARE January 2025 Review - Important Safety Information

Our group purchased 4 races for $255 but had an incident after 1. During our visit, a phone was damaged while following all posted safety guidelines and staff instructions. When reported to the front desk, the staff member indicated this was a common occurrence, stating it "happens all the time.”

Upon requesting management assistance, I was unable to obtain: The manager's full name for documentation A working contact number for follow-up (it errored out when I tried to call the number they gave) Any refund for the $255 that we paid Any resolution for the damaged property

What concerns me most is the staff's casual acknowledgment that phone damage is a frequent occurrence, yet there appear to be no preventive measures or clear procedures for handling such incidents.

For transparency: We followed all safety protocols, maintained professional communication throughout, and simply seek appropriate resolution. I would appreciate the business owner or management contacting me to address these safety and customer service concerns.

I was looking for a sports bar and restaurant near Irvine Orange County area and I came across this place. I decided to check it out and was really impressed by the drinks and food served there. You are in for a surprise though, because when I got there and realized it is also an indoor go kart place so I was mind blown. Before I even got food and drinks my friends and I went on the track for a race and it was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place for many reasons and I would also be hosting a team building event for my employees or a birthday party for my son in the near future.

I'm aware that people come there for the racing experience. But if they're scheduling a party with a large group you expect the staff to be prepared. The wait times to get pizza for kids was insanely long. Could have ordered door dash and gotten better service (seriously). Now the facility, the racing, the Race staff were great.
