I’ve been WorkWell’s customer since early 2021. And FINALLY I can post a definitive review! And the TL; DR summary is…
Workwell actually BEATS working at a coffee shop!
I know because I spent a few years working on my side project (now full time freelance business) at different coffee shops.
And the DIFFERENCE it made is great because…
I can focus better. No espresso machine, blender or oven noises going off every few seconds.
I have space and distance. Home life and the coffee shop is not productive so I get to have my space (lots of it).
And it’s actually more cost-effective! Your mileage may vary but my monthly cost traveling between and being at a coffee shop is HIGHER than a monthly membership here!
The amenities are also great for your productivity.
What amenities?
Big tables, couches, and little areas and nooks to suit your working style. This is the hot desk membership which gets you access to the general area. Which is BEAUTIFUL and MODERN-looking.
And if you’re a higher-tier member you get your own desk or office. Plus access to the general area.
A professional-grade kitchen and fridge. I used to cook in a restaurant so I know. And I cook my meals here every now and then. Good to keep healthy while working.
A fast internet connection.
Sound-proof phone booths to take calls.
Lockers to keep your stuff.
A shower to freshen up.
Random snacks, bottomless coffee (lots of bagged tea too), and filtered water.
So unlike working in a coffee shop, I always feel bad and buy a coffee or tea even if I don’t feel like it just to keep being there. Now? I can just pour or make myself a cup and keep working, no pressure.
2 rooms for meditation, reflection, prayer, or naps. Great for your mental health and productivity.
Meeting and conference rooms.
Oh and if you’re a dog owner? Dogs welcome here too!
And I’ve made a few, new friends here with the staff and co-co-workers (lol) so the people are a bonus too. No one micro-managing you with rules as long as you’re nice and considerate.
But if you’re the introverted type that keeps to himself, no worries. I am one. So you can keep to yourself and still feel very welcome.
WorkWell’s also near a creek that has a walking path for long walking breaks. It’s also near shopping centers, groceries, restaurants, and many more if you need to get supplies or food.
Ok all in all? Work here. Give them a call. Or better yet come check it out! ….just don’t take my...
Read moreI first discovered WorkWell on December 1, 2020, after relocating from New York City during the pandemic. After touring another co-working space, it became immediately clear that WorkWell was in a league of its own. I stepped away for a while, but like many others, I naturally gravitated back—because WorkWell isn’t merely a workspace; it’s a catalyst for creativity, growth, and meaningful connection.
WorkWell transcends the conventional concept of a workspace—it is a dynamic incubator for innovation, professional development, and authentic community. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between being welcoming and focused, blending ambition with genuine support. Every detail is meticulously curated to spark creativity and sustain productivity while offering the comfort and flexibility essential for long-term success. This intentional design fosters a space where ideas can truly flourish.
The owners of WorkWell are nothing short of visionary. Their meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to cultivating an environment that harmoniously integrates professionalism with genuine human connection is profoundly inspiring. This intentionality is evident in every facet of the space—including thoughtful features like a fully accessible shower and soundproof photo booths, ensuring that all members, including vulnerable and disabled individuals, feel supported and included. Their dedication reflects not only a pursuit of excellence but also integrity and compassion at every level.
Yet, it’s the people who make WorkWell truly exceptional. The community is composed of ambitious, kind, and deeply supportive individuals who inspire one another to grow and succeed. Regularly hosted community events, like immersive matcha-making tutorials, foster meaningful engagement beyond the professional realm.
And of course, there’s Scooby 🩷, the beloved office dog, whose calming and joyful presence is a heartwarming reminder that balance is vital to achieving success.
For those seeking more than just a desk and Wi-Fi—for those who desire a space that nurtures both professional achievement and personal growth—WorkWell is truly unmatched. I am endlessly grateful to call this space a piece of home and to be surrounded by a remarkable community that continues to inspire me. It is rare to find a place where you can so fully evolve, create, and thrive. Thank you all—I sincerely...
Read moreWorkWell has been my perfect escape from the monotony of WFH. I've been coming here for a few months now for some focus work & refreshing change of scenery--because let's be real, WFH can get dull real quick!
This place has a premium setup! Stylish yet functional with plenty of open desks and soundproof booths for meetings/calls. There are multiple restrooms conveniently located throughout & are always clean. Coffee and snacks are readily available, and a handful of monitors to use for that added productivity boost.
I found that it's less busier on Mondays and Fridays, but even when parking is crowded on busier days, I've never had trouble finding a spot.
Some people bring their dogs so you get the occasional furry visitor while working, so that's an added bonus!
I like the work atmosphere that they deliver & the motivation I get from seeing other people in their zone. The clue's in the name--this place simply really does help...
