I have received lash extensions three times from Sumi Lashes in Irvine, and now feel confident enough to share that my experiences have been consistent and excellent! For two out of the three appointments, I was grateful to have Ariel X as my lash technician. (always a fun bonus when you meet someone with the same name pronunciation, too!) For my very first appointment, as a new client, she took the time to walk me through each type of lash style, curl, length, and material that they offer, which was something I have not experienced with other lash techs at various other establishments over the years. She also provided wonderful insight and advice on what type of lash would best suite my eye/face shape, all while staying as true to the lash design I had in mind!

Although Ariel works extremely efficiently, by no means is she rushing any part of her process. Both Ariel and the other lash tech - I cannot for the life of me remember her name but she was just as kind - I was seen by continually checked in and asked if I was comfortable, and I definitely was because I fell asleep during all three appointments. The inside of the studio is very clean, and I have not experienced any problems or issues with discomfort after each appointment. I am someone who does suffer from dry eyes and redness, so to be able to walk out of a studio without any discomfort is huge!

The studio also keeps a detailed record of each visit, including the exact lash style that was applied, which is incredibly helpful for someone like me who has a hard time remembering all the lash extension specifics!

I am generally someone who does not write reviews, how Sumi Lash definitely deserves one! I would unequivocally recommend this studio to anyone who is looking for a professional, yet welcoming environment to get their lashes done, and especially for those that might want to try lash extensions for the first time as they really strive to go...

Came here to recommend Crystal! She helped me pick the perfect lashes. I don’t even know how she made my eyes transform. I had bald spots along my eyelashes from rubbing them and she somehow made them look beautiful while we wait for my lash line to recuperate.

I also liked how she offered me sensitive glue options. Also they have a new client special - it was $50 off regular price and it was truly a good deal. My best lashes yet for only $75 after the discount.

Lastly, Sumi lashes does take discounts and they also allow booking through the Vagaro app which makes it easy. I like that they confirm via text message too and they were flexible enough to let me come in an hour early. Their sign also states they allow walk ins.

I’ve been coming here for some time now, and it’s officially my new place to get my lashes done. Kelly Y is my lash technician, and she’s sweet, friendly, and amazing!

She takes her time to listen to the lash look I desire, and she offers thoughtful recommendations and shows you what you might consider.

Kelly is incredibly gentle, so gentle that I actually fall asleep during the session. By the time I wake up, my lashes look beautiful again The result is consistently fantastic, and the overall experience is pleasant and relaxing.

A couple of tips: I recommend bringing cash to avoid any extra card fees. Please bring cash for tips, they truly deserve it!
