City of Irving, City Hall — Local services in Irving

This is a city that supports terrorism. You have employees of Irving...police/fire that steal people's belongings thru non disclosures forcibly by pointing guns at people to force them to sign or brain washing and spiking people's drinks. (Coercion) Then they allow people to cause bodily harm so they can collect a $5k hospital ride in the bus. "Buying into the city" is what they call it. They ask people to move out of the city due to them not being slaves to them. (Like me) intimidate their own victims Then they deny medical attention to the ones that need it ...like they did my mother. This city is responsible for my mother's death. The Mayor should resign for what's going on...

They cut off water utilities to a household with two people who have heart condition. One 65 yr who is completely disabled, and with two abnormalities. One is a 17 month old infant with an abnormality. Nobody asked for a free ride, just to delay the disconnect for some days. They swear they stated deadline was a certain day, but it was not stated. Thats why I wasted my time going in person, instead of taking care if a loved one at home who needs to be spoon feed. Hopefully this people never have to go through what they do. Luckily the weather is going to be warm this week. I had to use the gas bill money since no payment arrangements...

I went to City Hall to the Water Department in March 2020. Although there have been many changes done in Irving from the time I grew up there, I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the City Hall Building. Of course, when I paid a water bill for my parent, there were no problems and the person who worked there was both friendly and efficient. I even met someone who was working there temporarily and she commented on how clean the facilities were that she was working in.
