Update: I now go to the Story and 183 location. It is loads better.
This used to be my favorite location. When they changed store managers it went down hill a bit, but when they let go of the best batista there, Tsifira, it really crumbled. The drinks don't get made properly unless it's one of the staff thats been there since the start. I've had to completely change how I order my drink. The store manager, bless her heart, seems like she is a training batista not a manager. The newer batistas act like they hate their jobs, no manners. The OG members that have been there are still super awesome but it just seems like this location needs better training and moral.
Its just so sad to see what was once the best location in the city (there are 4) become just like the others.... I still go to this location here and there because I am fond of the other OG members there however I've switched to mainly going to the lascolinas one now. (Have now switched to story&183 location) I just want the management to see that letting go of employees because you don't like them effects customers that have been coming since the store opened. Sapphire was a great store manager, Danny was a great supervisor and Tsafira was the best batista and supervisor I've seen and that is coming from a business owners opinion. Read moreOh good grief where can I start.. well I live just a few blocks from this Starbucks. So you can just to my dismay how OUT OF MY MIND HAPPY, I was when saw that they were opening a STARBUCKS. NEAR ME! ( I know I’m not the only one) . Well the first time I can it had just opened itv was fresh clean engine one was nice all the workers and bells cause they wanted business.well My drink was missing something , my daughters too. Well I said “ lets give them the benefit of doubt “, since the customer service was good at the beginning. Well we went a few more times and something was always wrong with the drink or they just didn’t have enough to to make the drink you really wanted! I mean really syrup, or chocolate chips etc. But now a year later, when they should have there things together!! They still don’t have supplies, customer service is almost doable, and drinks can’t get out the window correctly!! WHERE’S THE OWNER TO THE STORE!!! Does he/she even know that probably 5 out of 10 have to drive to the Starbucks on 183 to get there drinks!! Note that’salotb of profit outs the Windiw!! Read moreI have been curious about something…. WHY does Starbucks offer Customizations on their app, when the baristas DO NOT read and follow what is printed on the labels?
I use to think it was only at my usual Starbucks location that the baristas pay no attention to what’s printed on the labels. Nope, it has happened over 90% of the time at every location I have purchased my drinks. I ALWAYS customize my drinks. I HARDLY ever receive my drink as ordered!
WHY is that?
I clearly request my Iced Caramel Macchiato to have the cup lined with Mocha. What do I receive instead…. No Mocha at all, and my cup line with Caramel. 9/23/2025, edit to add: Starbucks replied stating in the reply… “For future visits, please know that any Starbucks partner (employee) would be happy to remake your beverage at no additional cost.”
Starbucks, as much as I appreciate your willingness to remake my drink for me, my husbands picks my drink up and brings it home to me.
