Please! Please drop in on Brent at Starbucks! I wanted a PSL (Pumpkin Spice Latte) but I think they're too sweet. Yet, I needed my fall fix! I asked Brent to use his Batista skills to make it for me! He asked if I liked cinnamon. OMG it was delicious! Brent used 1- 1/2 pumps of pumpkin spice and added a pump of cinnamon dolce (measurements for a tall. I love Cinnamon!) baaaay-beeeeee it hit the spot! I feel it's so important that Batistas be allowed to use their skills to please the pallet if we (the customer) can give them the best description and trust them to do the rest and it came out the best I ever had! RUDE EMPLOYEE. JUDGEMENTAL. I’ve never been criticized still a starbucks before for the choice of my drink and what i put in my drink. THE MANAGER taking my order had three remarks about how much sugar i was adding to my drink. She mentioned that whoever was drinking this drink is dying slowly with all the sugar they’re putting in this drink. (she thought i was ordering for someone else because i reading it off my phone) but i just write in my notes/starbucks app what i get so i remember. I believe her name was Valerie? Could be a mistake but i’m almost positive that’s close. Made me feel very uncomfortable on my drink choice. Horrible experience overall. Whenever my drink was done, it was not called out just pushed to the side. My name wasn’t taken or anything so i just assumed my drink was done and walked away with it....

Newly opened circa mid Aug 2022. Seating is a little different than some other Starbucks I visited. Not so easy to rearrange seating and move things around because many seats are firmly fixed to the floor. I was there one day at about 2 pm midweek and not very busy. Another week day I arrived around 6:30 am and almost empty. By 8 am customers were coming in steadily. Just to give you a perspective on when to arrive. Small covered outdoor seating area.
