Sam was extremely helpful in the repair of our TV! Our LG LED TV screen went out only a few months after the warranty expired. After weeks on the phone trying to work with LG and the store that sold it to us (Target), we were getting NO ASSISTANCE! Very frustrated we took the TV to Sam's Electronics. After about one day we received a call from Sam with the diagnosis...it was bad we would be spending more on the repair than we had previously purchased it new as the LED panel needed to be replaced. As we were just going on vacation we did not have the money to spend on this.

Sam advised us to call back to LG and give them his information explaining he is an LG certified repairman; explain what his diagnosis was and that we would never had thought such a quality product would have gone out in just over 1 yr. he emphasized to kill them with kindness. Low and behold after 30 minutes on the phone with LG and several supervisors later I was given an extension on the warranty and a service repair number to give to Sam. I was elated! After appx. 1 week we were picking up our TV as good as new.

I called Mr Sammy yesterday, and explained to him what was wrong with my tv. He informed me that it sounded like the control module and he quoted me a price (more than I was willing to pay). The more we talked (over the phone), he stated that it could be something as simple as a reset and he quoted me a price, so now I’m really listening, more in my budget, cheaper than I expected even for a tv reset. Getting to the best part, I took my tv to him vs him coming to me. He turned my tv on and with no hesitation he said “surely the tv reset should fix your problem “. He told us to give him 10 to 15 minutes (to finish up what he was working on) and he would let us know when he was done...well by the time I made it to my car and sat down... he called us to come back in, he was done!!! Tv works perfectly.

I took my the time to tell the full story of my experience with Mr Sammy to perhaps help someone with there decision in trusting him with your tv/appliance. Very honest and polite!!? I would use and tell all of my friends and family about not only Sam’s Electronis but about the man or person he truly is....again...

Wow! Very impressed with Sammy's ability to diagnose and fix the problem with my LG TV. I recently bought a brand new, LG OLED that stopped working after 3 weeks (no image on the screen). He was able to quickly diagnose the problem as likely the power supply components and when he arrived at my home to fix it, he was quick to exchange this component out. I noticed that he also brought the other components to the TV in case it was not the power unit. He was in and out within 10-15mins, very professional, confident, and showed excellence/pride in his work. This repair was part of my LG warranty and I am very glad he was assigned to repair my TV.

Scheduling wise, he was very prompt and kept in contact with me multiple times to keep me informed/updated on when he would be available. From when I called LG to when he came to my home for the repair was 5 days. He was kind enough to come in on a Sunday morning to repair my TV.

Highly recommend him for whatever electronic issue you are having. He has 30+ years of experience and it showed...
