Update in response to Owner comment: Yes they showed up before the event start, I didn't say say they didn't show up at all. They showed up late to the agreed time of when they said they would start setting up. While not the end of the world, this was clearly coordinated beforehand as we wanted to have pictures with the decorations before heading to the ceremony. The bride was very upset about this. The decorations were nice, and I appreciate them trying to make up for it. They initially didn't charge for the broken decor, but because of this review, they did. Overall everything looked nice, and was ready in time for the start of the reception. However, I still do not recommend them due to the bad communication as you can see in other reviews and the missed appointments. Wedding planning is stressful and not having confidence that a vendor you booked is reliable/will respond to your communications is something to avoid if you can!

Ever since the first appointment we made in which we drove all the way here only for them to be heading out to an event they have been a major headache. We’ve recently used this company for a flower wall for our wedding, and the wall was really pretty and the guests loved it. The company arrived on time and picked up on time as well.

Where we ran into issues was is that this company isn’t super timely or easy to get in touch with. We found ourselves writing multiple follow up emails to get in contact with them (but they always eventually responded-better through text).

This most stressful thing is that we orders the Harper wall “white and green” and the person set up a wall with blue and pink flowers?????? We asked the guy to remove the flowers that didn’t go to with the Harper wall and he said he would, but he left so many blue flowers behind!!!! My bridesmaid had to literally pick them out one by one before our wedding which was so stressful.

All in all I would hope for more clear communication and to get the flower wall we payed for...

As others have stated, this company is difficult to get in touch with. You’re lucky to get someone to answer the phone. If you leave a voicemail, they don’t call back. The one time I talked to someone, I planned on an acrylic guestbook sign. Thinking they were starting on the project as I was told it could be done in “days”, I was then sent over to lady that has her own business. I was in contact with her and then was ghosted. Running out of time, I had to find another acrylic guestbook sign before my wedding. Very unprofessional and find this in poor taste right before an important event.
