(-⭐)Went to get my usual Turkey sandwich as I always get at Subway that's closer to my house because after all, shouldn't they be the same? I mean, by advertising alone they should be. I don't even know how this store passes inspection! When I finally got to the point of taking my order, they were out of most of the flavors of bread that I would have normally purchased so very rudely (a large man in a mobilized scooter)told me "I could have white bread or NOTHING at all!" The counters and knives were being reused and the person who prepared my sub wasn't wearing gloves (another thing that was blown off by that large man who smelled of spit). The veggie, meat and cheese sections were all mixed up with other items dropped on them (i.e. I have s time tomato allergy) and there was one floating in the pickles
How can you complain to the store management when the owner's making this by him? This who experience was disgusting, I plan on contacting corporate to let them know exactly what is going on at this location! There will never be a time that I will ever return to that particular restaurant and I will be letting my friends know not to do the same.
As a matter of fact even when they weren't wearing gloves not one time did I see anybody wash their hands between the preparation of each sandwich there are major allergies that are served on your lines that can really hurt somebody you should probably look into those kind of problematic ...
Read moreI am not above making mistakes, nor do I expect people to be perfect. I do expect good customer service and someone be able to admit when they are wrong and apologize. That was NOT my experience at this Subway today. The sandwich maker prepared our sandwiches incorrectly on our pickup order. Not knowing this until we got home, and there being NO way to apparently reach this location by phone (recording said the calls were forwarded), I drove back to the location to bring it to their attention. When I explained the sandwich was made incorrectly, instead of taking my word for it, they took it upon themselves to open the sandwich in front of me like I was a child trying to get food for free. Once she found it was in fact their error, I didn’t get an apology for the mistake or her arrogant approach to how she handled herself. I haven’t experienced anything like it before, and was truly insulted. I typically only leave positive Google reviews, but felt that management really needed to know what type of individuals they have working there. The Service is always spectacular when I visit this location, the two sisters that work there are the sweetest and always accommodating and kind. I'm disappointed with the franchise. They just get more expensive with each day, take away all the good deals and shrink the meat amount to a ridiculous minimum, the sandwich is basically all veggies and no meat. For the price, I will gladly take my business to Firehouse Subs or Schlotzys where I pay the same but the quality and product received are of much superior quality. Don't think I will be giving Subway's my business any longer, just not worth the money.
