Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Irving

This has been my worst experience at PizzaHut ever for me. The staff did not exercise cleanliness: One of the staff members even went into the bathroom while still wearing her apron. The main problem was that the food was not ready in time. I placed an order for 3 large pan pizzas with pepperoni, chicken, and vegetables, all on separate pizzas, and the customer service said that the pizza would be ready in 20 minutes as the norm. I went to the Pizza Hut 25 minutes later and they informed me the pizza would take a little while longer. After waiting waiting TWENTY FIVE more minutes, I decided to ask customer service what's taking so long. After wandering around the kitchen for some time, the lady tells me that they ran out of pan pizza and they can give me different pizza, mind you, this was about fifty minutes after I ordered the pizza so I immediately refunded my money and left. Pizza Hut has great pizza and that is the reason I always buy pizza from there, I usually go to the Pizza Hut on Shady Grove, and they have excellent customer service there as well. This is insane , I’ve been living down the street and this was my first time ordering from this place. Definitely will be the last, with the short experience I had its obvious the employees dont care. I’’m hoping this is not a Corporate location. I have been working in retail customer service for 26 years. I got off of work and placed a pick up order and requested to pay in store. I’m glad I did because it was easy for me to walk in, not even be acknowledged by the young employee standing right in front of the door prepping the orders. I thought he was the only one there but then noticed on the side of my eye someone peek from the right side and still wasnt acknowledged. The employee did not have gloves on , which I was under the impression that they did. Then he walked towards me which I thought the right thing to do was to greet me and he still didnt ! Then he appeared to be chewing on an object that from my point of view looked like a dental floss or something similar. So I just walked out and I hope whoever ate the hut box , enjoyed it. Worst customer service ever! So I placed my order before their clearly stated closing time of 12am. It was placed around 11:40pm. The young lady called me at 11:59pm and said that they were not taking orders anymore. I asked why they didn't call me earlier and why they couldn't process my order since their closing time was not till 12pm. She responded saying that they received my order 13 minutes ago. I said proceeded to ask her why they didn't call me 13 minutes ago, I could've ordered something else within this time frame. She said "you still can" and hung up on me while I was in the middle of asking her how I was going to receive my refund. I called back because I obviously want my $19 back. And she answered once but didn't say hello or anything just left me there, so I hung up and called back. She then text me saying "sorry we close" So yup now I am texting with this young lady about my refund and she said she hung up on me because I was being rude.
