I went for a quick in and out shopping looking for diaper cream. I went in and the employees were busy putting away stock and inventory tasks. Since I noticed they were busy I took a little more time to look around since I rarely come to Walgreens. By the time I'm finished I make my way to the registers and there was no one there, understandable, since I was the only one waiting. I waited for 5 minutes. During that time 2 employees came up, made eye contact with me and went back to whatever they were doing. This happened twice. The girl that ended up finally coming to the register seemed like I was a misfortune to her day that "how dare I interrupt her tasks" type of attitude. She did not even bother to greet me. Not a "hello, did you find everything okay" EVEN after I was polite and said hello. After my transaction was done, not even a thank you after I said thank you have a good day. Every time I went in prior to thus visit I was always treated kindly. This girl took off the second she gave me the receipt.    Read moreUnfortunately, this place, especially the pharmacy, has gone downhill over the past few years. I've been a longtime customer. I have started moving prescriptions to other pharmacies because of the bad experiences I've encountered here. #1 - a lot of medication is out of stock, or they take much longer than initially communicated to fill it. Also, other pharmacies will try to call/look up other locations to find the medication, but this location has told me they are unable to do that. They also sometimes give you a hard time when trying to use GoodRx or coupons to lower the price of your medication. #2 - the pharmacy staff is usually not friendly (i.e. no customer service) or not informational. Gone are the days when they ask: "do you have any questions about this medication". I've tried on several times to ask about medication only to be dismissed. I've had to call other pharmacies to get insight into my medication.

   Read moreUsed to love coming to this location but today I had a bad experience. I dropped off a package for FedEx and did not fully have my prepaid label attached. A photo booth helper, Danielle had a lot of lip about that. Either you're gonna help the customer or not. I drop off packages all the time at another location and they never have an issue with putting a small peice of tape to secure the label onto the package. Danielle said "for future reference, you need to have your items fully packaged to be considered ready to go because we are not obligated to tape a label on for you." How completely rude. And unnecessary, esp since she was already in the process of taping it on when she made the comment. Poor customer service. She didn't have to talk to me like that. I didn't just come there to drop off that package. I was a paying customer, picking up prescriptions and other items. Danielle's tone and words were a complete turn off.
