SOWBAGHYA Mixer Grinder, 750W, 3 Jars. I purchased this product in July,and the motor and the jars got damaged by August . we purchase stating that life time warranty and there own brand of the shriti company .I was contacting the customer care for quite long and they informed that they can repair on Dec 30. But they didn't repaired gave us the same old jar and no replacement and refund. It was prolonged and Feb 17 they mention no refund and return trusting the owner I have gone wrong for purchasing the mixie grinder . disappointing from soubhagya brand and sristi customer service and support .they really need to look into the after sale service. I highly recommend not to purchase SOWBAGHYA Mixer Grinder, 750W, 3 Jars from Shristi. we had purchased the Mixie from the costco if there is any damage we return to the costco company. The quality of the product is really important. Gold swastik we had ordered had opposite swastik design not even correct. We had faced lot of health problems after purchasing the opposite sign swastik. The customer satisfaction should be the priority and quality of the products should be selled. The mixer grinder you had mentioned its your own brand you will give a lifetime warranty. when I went the store its old damaged jar. It's not even repaired. Lifetime warranty meaning at least if the products are not repaired get replace. you should understand the definition of the warranty. Most of the product have warranty to replace at least 1 year. It's not even been a year. The mixer grinder jars had been damaged. This is not about replacement and refund the quality of the products you are selling and assuring the customers for life time warranty and when damaged telling us cannot be exchanged or refund. we are very disappointed by your customer service and also the after sale service. Store credit you had mentioned 50% . The Jars are damaged and quality of the products is not good. Its our fault to buy electrical products from Shristi. I had also evidence of the messages before buying making customer to trust about the brand and giving lifetime warranty to buy. After sales not even responding to the customer request. we been a regular customer purchase more than $10000 worth of products from last 3 years. For $170 worth of Mixer grinder we are getting this kind of the customer service response called several times lastly posting in review about the customer service.. $43 worth of mixer grinder selling for $170 . We had paid 4 times double amount . I had called several times customer support lastly posting in review about the customer service. Google Review is not a weapon. I am giving the feedback on the SOWBAGHYA Mixer Grinder, 750W, 3 Jars. You are promoting and owning and selling a brand which is not even a good quality SOWBAGHYA Mixer Grinder got damaged with in a month of purchase and customer service and support providing was disappointing not to the expectations of the customers...

THESE PEOPLE ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF SENTIMENTS OF PEOPLE IN THE GUISE OF BUSINESS!!!

I was a customer of srishti since they opened. I used to frequent to vivek before they opened. The very first day I went to check them out, one of the lady who is working said she doesn’t know the price of the item exactly and charged me a sum which was higher and said she would pass me the money next time. I never went back for the money nor the lady ever called me. They are nice as in customer service but business wise they are crooks doing everything unethical!!! I went to pick up Pathri and Ganesh figure for Ganesh chaturdhi and after reaching home and opened the packet everything was rotten, it has mold in them and all the waste leaves they could find on streets they packed and sold for $7!!! Unbelievable!!! They do not have any ethics or morals & unethical business practice over people’s sentiments on festivals & God!!!! Pathri pack Is comprised of various leaves! I agree they are hard to find in this side of the world. But the basic leaves such as tulasi leaves, grika (grass), mango leaves, bel leaf etc are replaced with God knows what!!!! They threw in everything they could find on the streets and trails and sold them!!! I bought mango stems at $2 per stem!!!! As per Pathri ,I had to throw it away!!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!! The place has many Hindu religious items which aren't easily available in DFW area. This place also sells fresh flowers but they are expensive. The flower price varies depending on your requirement. Like, flowers are $15 for half Kg but if you ask for 100 grams of flower (which is just 6 marigold flowers) would cost you $5.50 !! Really ! So, you almost double the price for small quantities !!!!

Update : the 100 grams price wasn't something I calculated, it was the lady at the shop, who weighed the flowers and offered me the price. I even re-verified the price, assuming there is any mistake by her, before I refused to take...
