Spoke with the young woman on the phone for an inquiry/quote for my first ever re-twist. Not only did she answer the phone like she just woke up and was talking to her little friend from down the block but she was also very rude about my hair and even suggested I start my locs over with her as my method of starting my locs isn't her preferred method. Not to mention she hung up the phone on me mid- conversation to text instead.

A very nice salon, clean, aesthetically pleasing. Kiki washed my hair, be careful she may put you to sleep the way she massages your head. Mimi can probably compete in the Guiness book of world records, for the fastest retwist. Her parts are impeccable, I’d say she’s top 2 and she’s not 2. Im new to dreads and haven’t had the best experience so far with multiple shops. I called MiMi late evening on a Saturday because I needed to be neatened up for a last minute flight the next day. Although, she was busy, it was late on a Saturday night, and I’ve never used her before, she made time for me.
