I went with my wife last week to look for some furniture for my new home. I was trying to buy a trundle bed, a dining room set, and a couch/ loveseat. I went on Monday and was told the pleather seat I wanted to try out wasn't in the showroom. The lady told me she would order it and it would arrive on Wednesday. I called Wednesday and and Thursday and kept getting the run around. I was told since it was Mother's Day weekend coming up they were really busy but they would order it the following week.

I called today and was told unless I order the seat they will not bring it in. They don't care about customer service here at all or setting the right expectations. I was ready to order last week and was about to spend around 3 thousand dollars.

I ended up finding a trundle bed on Amazon for way cheaper than she quoted me for. 250 vs 600 that she wanted. I also found a better deal on the dining room set so all I really wanted was the couch.

I was referred here by my wife and in-laws when we were looking for new couches. They had bought furniture from them in the past and they never had any issues. I was told that the cushions would be extra firm because sometimes they can be a little too soft and lose their support after a short time. Well the cushions are so soft that you can squeeze them and touch your fingers through the padding. A few months later we decided to try to give them one more try and bought some bedroom furniture with a rustic look. Some of the decorative pieces on the headboard and footboard are off center, the dresser was so poorly put together that the drawers were not level and wouldn’t close all the way. Luckily my father-in-law was a wood worker so he helped us by reinforcing the rails and leveling the drawers. One of the night stands had a chunk of wood that was split right out of the box, and I used wood glue to help secure it. That’s 2 strikes. They will not get my business for a 3rd. I have bought furniture from here for years and never had a problem. I purchased a couch here in April. It came and was broken already(back of the couch and arm crushed) I called immediately and got told they would call me back. I called weekly for 3 weeks with no answers on how they were going to fix this. I went into the store to speak in person and was told they would fix it somehow either take it back or replace it. Said to give them a week or 2. A month later I go back in the store and ask about it where I'm told they won't do anything about it. $600 wasted and horrible customer service. They strung me along for months about how they would handle it and ultimately did nothing but blame me for purchasing the couch. They have lost my buisness for life(which is their loss as I am refurnishing my entire home right now) and ALL referrals I've given are gone now as well.
