Update: I really wanted these lights to be good. They look fantastic and don't have that cheap look that most aftermarket lights have, they actually look like they could have been a factory option, which is what I wanted. Low beam lighting is adequate and high beams are pretty good. Unfortunately the entire led cluster for one low beam went out in under 4 years (my night driving consists 90% of 20 minute trips home from work 5 nights a week, so well under 1000 hours lit). Since it's not a single led that went out it would appear to be an internal failure in the light, but being that it's integrated leds I now need to replace both headlight assemblies entirely (this color is discontinued (again), and I can't buy just one anyway). I do have mechanical and electrical knowledge so I reached out to the company to see if they could give me any idea of what to look for or check, while they were friendly and did offer up a little bit of information, they didn't seem at all interested in knowing what the lights were or trying to understand why their lights failed after so few hours. I'm defintely disappointed because I loved these lights, and unfortunately being my 2nd set of failed alpharex lights I can't recommend them in good conscious.

Excellent customer service. I had a few issues with a set of pro series lights, and getting in contact with someone about the issues. A representative ended up reaching out to me on a Sunday and patiently went over my options for replacement since the color I had was discontinued. First of all I loved my lights when i received them. I have a 2015 4runner and was one of the very first people to place an order on the blacked out Alphas. Before the first year passed, i messaged them and told them that one of the lights had gone out and that there was moisture within the light, They asked for pictures. I couldn't take pictures because it I was traveling and it was a hassle to remove the whole front end. Finally 1 month after the year owning them i was able to send them pictures.. they told me that it was passed the warranty date..even though i had reported this before the year was up. They would not do anything to help me. I called and asked them what i could do to fix the issue and they kept telling me that someone would call me back, no one ever did. I then told them that i at least needed the light with ballast because i didnt have a light. i purchased that from them. Within 1 year the light has gone out 3 times. I emailed and called them back recently they told me that the product was discontinued because it was defective and they no longer sold those headlights or had the lights and ballast for them. So they admitted they had a defective product to begin with (I have the emails) and did nothing to help me with my problem. I was pretty much told I would have to spend another $1000 in another set of lights. (And this is an American company..where is the pride in the product and customer service) So i am driving nice looking headlights but no lights because i cant get their specific lights anywhere.
