Front desk lady was incredibly rude when we walked in to inquire about checking out the showroom and possibly ordering some blanks. She had headphones in and was either watching a video or in a meeting and rushed us out as soon as we even had the chance to walk in. I didn't even feel like I had the chance to ask any questions and when I did speak, she spoke down to us and made me feel stupid and unwelcomed. Rudely told us to close the door as we walked out. Seriously? Really disappointing and unprofessional. If you're going to be busy, have someone else work the front desk, not you.

Had it not been for the fantastic reps at the impression expo, this experience would immediately make me not want to work with them.
