Casago Yellowstone — Local services in Island Park

Casago Yosemite help make our trip amazing. There was a little problem with the first property that we had booked through a third party agency. Brenda (from Casago Yellowstone) promptly contacted us with some other properties that we might be interested in w ithout any additional expense. We were able to settle on one of the properties that she offered. On the day we were due to arrive the third party agency had contacted me with a problem with the exchange. They were not able to make the exchange in their system without rebooking our whole trip on a computer that i had no access to while i was driving. This was just a few hours from our arrival. Since this would not work for us, Brenda was able to work with us on the phone and book the property directly with Casago Yellowstone. She went above and beyond what she needed too to make our vacation a success. She didn't just work as a property manager but also and personal vacation planner. I would definitely work with her again to book another vacation in Yellowstone. Casago Yellowstone is highly recommended by us....

We absolutely loved staying at the bear den! They thought of everything when they put this place together and the cleanliness was very impressive. The decor stood out and each room had so much personality. We are still talking about this trip and how cool the house was months later and our family can’t wait to go back next year. There are so many great places to adventure, great shops to explore just a town over and restaurants as well. Not that you would need to go to any restaurants because the kitchen as every appliance you can think of and you can easily cook for and serve 40. It is close enough to drive to Yellowstone for a day trip as well. I don’t think we have ever experienced a trip this memorable and we can’t wait to bring our family back every year. We stayed in the Bear Den in Island Park, ID, and it was terrific on all counts. I heard my daughters -- mothers of large families who travel alot -- saying things like: "Wow, those bathroom towels are wonderful," and, "yes, the bedding was terrific too." the place was clean, well provided, and there was plenty of room four our nine adults and 16 grandchildren. Parking our 22-foot RV trailer and multiple cars was no problem at all. The location is great too. It is off the main highway and road going to the Bear Den is lightly traveled. The kids took the RZR and motorcycle right from the parking lot to nearby ATV trails. On top of all that, Brenda, who manages the place, is top-knotch. She is highly responsive and knowledgeable.
