Island Park Village Resorts — Hotel in West Yellowstone

We booked a condo here as a base station for daily trips to the Yellowstone National Park. The park entrance at West Yellowstone is about 25 miles/30 minutes away. But the convenience of having two bedrooms and to bathrooms for the same price as a single room in a hotel/motel at West Yellowstone was really worth it for our family (else we would have to have booked two hotel rooms for twice the price). Our condo balcony looked back onto a grassy plain of farms and snow capped mountains towering in the background (only some of the condos have this orientation). It was amazing to be able to look at this natural beauty every morning...

Came here as a guest with a couple who are members of WorldMark Resorts. The place is a bit on the older side as far as my expectations of these kinds of places. The shag carpets tell the whole story. Showed up and had to shovel over three feet of snow off the sidewalk just to get into the house. No small task as the sidewalks are 30' from the front door. After driving over 10 hours in crazy winter storm conditions...well...just saying. Staff at the office was very friendly and helpful telling us where to go to engage in local events. The location is tucked away and the roads are hard to find on a GPS, but after you find the office, information is given to you to make everything easy to find.
