Southern sweets and eats — Restaurant in La Follette

I love this place! Everything I've had, from baked potatoes to funnel cakes, have been wonderful! I only have one complaint, which is really more of a suggestion. I know y'all don't have bathroom facilities and aren't required to have hand washing sinks due to outdoor dining only BUT we love coming there, aside from the one issue. My toddler, who was still potty training, loved eating ice cream and playing in the sand... But when she needed to use the bathroom, there wasn't one. Also, dry paper towels won't clean the stickiness off the babies, or parents, hands... Nor the sand. Today I was at the credit union next door and saw y'all were packed and I smiled seeing everyone with their littles enjoying their time there... Until I saw a daddy rushing his baby girl from your picnic area, across the credit union parking lot, to take her to the bathroom at the Japanese restaurant. I was just wondering if it would be at all feasible for y'all to put a porta-potty or 2 out at the back edge of the lot? And maybe a metal wash pan on legs that you could secure a water hose to the edge of (or something similar) so that parents could better clean up their little ones before getting back in the car? If not in the budget I'm sure loyal customers would donate towards a "hand wash station and porta potty" fund if you'd secure a labeled "tip" type jar on your front walk up counter and maybe fashion something similar to the Ronald McD House donation boxes under their drive through windows, at your drive through? I'd sure toss my extra change in there for the convenience and joy these amenities would add. Truly, my only 'complaints' if you'd even call them that, are these 2 things. Everything, from atmosphere, to food, to the people... all wonderful! Please don't take this as any kind of slight. I would've private messaged y'all this inquiry if I could've found a way to, but I couldn't and don't know any employees full name, in order to look them up. Love y'all. Keep up...

Southern Sweets and Eats is a gem! We used to stop by just for their shaved ice, but recently tried their signature shaved ice—and wow, it's a game-changer! So flavorful and delicious. Finally visited this cute little place. Ordered through the drive thru, two mac and cheese baked potatoes and a brownie funnel cake.
