Let us start with the strange atmosphere which is a bold combination of what looks like what was once an Asian theme now mashed badly with Southern styled bits. Looking past this, the dusty windowsills complete with dead insects on it my partner and I thought to overlook we made the wrong choice to order food.

What started off as a promising encounter with the first employee we met and were served by slowly became the only good interaction there. Potentially very understaffed it was basically devoid of anyone willing to assist. When we done with our food, which we could not make ourselves completely finish up, we attempted to get an employees attention about paying to which she looked at us and then walked away forcing us to wait without a word for another person, our server, to finally have a moment between other costumers and allow us to pay our bill. The only reason the service even gets 2 stars is because of the one poor woman rushing around to try to tend to everyone. She was really and honestly trying.

Now. The food. It did not taste great, it did not taste right. The ratio of meat to onion, other vegetables and rice was ridiculous. My plate was mostly onions and rice with a small pile of carrots, 3 pieces of broccoli and some scattered zucchini about my "pork habatchi". For the price we figured we would just try to eat it and be on our way but neither of us could make ourselves finish it and within the hour I began to start showing symptoms that things were not going to go well from that meal. Ending up with food poisoning I can safely say that I will not be returning nor recommend...

I’ve been ordering from ninja for the last 10-12 years. Normally they’re great, sometimes it’s off, but no one’s perfect. I know how it is to run a company, so I’m pretty easy to help.

Today I ordered a yaki, no veggies, extra Yaki, with 2 extra shrimp sauces. Pretty easy order. I guess the manager heard I wanted a side order of steak and charged me $9.00 more for that, which isn’t what I wanted. The meal is normally $18.50and I got charged $26.500 for it. Now miscommunications happen, I get it. But when I called to ask why, she said I said that’s what I wanted and that was that. Said they would give me a refund but I had to drive all the way back to town (20mins away) and give them the steak and they would refund it. I run a successful company and have had to give customer free services when we have messed up, and this seems like a very small hill to die on for them, but to each his own.

I just believe you should treat your regulars better, especially when you’re in a small town and you’ve worked with...

I went through the drive thru and placed a order for the yaki naku which was priced at 6.95. At the window the lady confirms my order and tells me the total will be 11.95. I asked the lady why the price was increased from the advertised price on the drive thru menu, and she says she believes its because it was after 2 but says to hold on. When she came back she had no answer for the inflated price and says only that the yaki naku was higher than the other menu items. I tell the lady I did not want the food that I placed my order by the advertised price. The lady tells me to hold on again and talks with someone else, when she returns she tells me the price was 10.95. I did not purchase the food and left. I will never return to this establishment and think it is unfortunate that most people simple pay whatever price they are told at the window even though the advertised price is much less. Please do not let this place take...

I'm currently living in Las Vegas, travelling back home for a couple weeks to see some family. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and the food was great. I got sushi and my husband got the steak and chicken hibachi plate. The waitress was even nice enough to run out our to go box when my husband had forgot it inside. The sushi here is so affordable and you get alot for the money compared to Vegas. This is a great place and I hope it stays around for a long time to come ❤️

This place is a rip off., I got food for my family and got the hibachi chicken with it only came with 3 carrots and 5 pieces of chicken . I spent almost 50$ and they have me send them a picture of the food which I did and they say yes that’s our hibachi chicken . Clearly if you want just rice this is the place I wish I could show you the other pictures
