I had my first car tinted at Sandy’s, so I decided to return a few years later and get my current car’s windows tinted. Didn’t have a great experience. All of my windows were tinted except for one. My husband called the following Monday (since I had my windows tinted on a Saturday and didn’t realize one of the windows were missing tint and it was already past closing time) and one of the gentlemen that work there told my husband that “they don’t forget windows” but I could bring my car up there and they would peel it off and show him that there was tint on it, and then put more on for $50 after already paying $150 for what was supposed to be a complete job. Wanted sliding door on a camper tinted. Called them to see if they could do it. Was told yes, but needed to go look at different tinting, to make sure they ordered correct tint. Drove to their location in Lafollette, & was then told they couldn't get to it until sometime in July. Also, told me they have been turning 70 people a day down on tinting jobs.. I am from out of state, however, was referred by someone I know. After all that, I felt it is only appropriate that this be posted. Very bad customer service, & very bad attitude. Very bad customer service, and bad quality, The wrap that they did for me was horrid The vinyl was off-center and the seams did not lineup....., When I told him that it was unacceptable, I was going to ask him if he would like to give it another shot , He looked at me and said well I can just take it off and you can start back over from square one I said “OK, I’ll do that” and I’m taking my business elsewhere, I would recommend the drive to Knoxville FAST SIGNS for the Alan sign company, both of those places have great customer service and great quality without any of...
