Poor work... ruined my ring Many years ago but since i was only 17 i didnt have the guts to open my mouth twice... had my opal replaced on my birth stone ring i got for my 16th bday it had diamond chips completely surrounding the stone. Well when the guy replaced the stone there were no longer diamond chips around the stone anymore, it was completely covered by yellow gold. I explained that to him when I paid for my replacement and he took it back called me next day said he fixed it but what he really did was put white gold over the area surrounding the opal stone to make it look like diamond cuts. I had DIAMONDS in that ring NOT diamond cuts I clearly said diamonds but he was too cheap to fix HIS mistake. I was too young and immature to complain about it. This guy definitely has a problem with diamonds bc he also LOST ALL my moms diamonds she gave him to turn into earings for my kids. He replaced them but the diamonds he gave us couldnt replace the sentimental value of the original, extremely old, little diamonds. He should have given her those diamonds for free and ate the cost for his or his employess carelessness. I now have 12 rings 4 bracelets 4 necklaces multiple pendants, many earings and much more, all real gold! And every year i get more from the hubby...im a jewelry nut. Needless to say I did NOT purchase anything from him and neither has my mother. He did me wrong so he lost alot of money from me. I believe he took advantage of me bc I was young. Not a good person, not an honest...

Not very knowledgeable of watches and silver, instead of the owner saying we need more silver to make it worth something, he says very rudely, โWhat do you want me to do with that?โ Leaving me puzzled because I just wanted to know if I could sell it. I showed him a watch and asked if it was gold or silver and if so, could I sell it. He goes, โThatโs worth nothing,โ without even taking it. Luckily, I found a place ( twin city Lakewood ) and was able to sell my things. Very poor service and very rude; I will not be going in here again. Clean up your store and...
