Chicken-n-More — Restaurant in Jackson Township

My 90 year old parents who order from this establishment for years ordered food for delivery. They were told 90 minutes for delivery. After 2 hours the delivery showed up and they cancelled the order. The store then told my 90 year old parents they were no longer going to deliver to them because they cancelled their order twice. I then called the store trying to explain their situation and she told me they were sticking to their policy and they were no longer going to deliver to my parents who do not drive. I asked her if the order would call me. I am hoping to hear from him soon because for an area of many Senior Citizens, I don't think anyone would want their parent to be treated in this manner. 2 hours for delivery for an elderly person who is already anxious and stressed due to Covid-19 situations is unheard of and thoughtless. The food here yes is good. But I was really sleeved out that the owner cook guy touches half the food with his bare hands. I sat there watching him prepare several food tickets as he scratched his inner ear then grabbed a roll and put it on a to go plate. Also watched him wipe his hand across his nose and mouth area then grab another roll for another order. I was in shock he wasn’t at least wearing ONE glove. Food that falls off the order plate he picks up with his hand. He really should be wearing gloves no one knows how well he washed his bare hands after he went #2 or #1 for that matter. It’s quite gross and needless to say I didn’t eat the Food. I tried but I couldn’t stop thinking about what if there was ear wax on his finger or flaked ear skin. Ughhh yuck!!🤢🤮. I had chicken n more for the first time, I had the dinner for two and a California sandwich and it was a unpleasant experience. When i called to place an order the guy on the phone was rude. When I came to pick it up the same guy got annoyed when I wanted to add something. When I got home I opened the food the chicken pieces had a dark color and the sandwich looked sad. I tasted the food the fries were alright could use some more salt. The sandwich was sad and not much flavor. The chicken pieces were not that good I had way better fried chicken before. The oil was probably old, the chicken just didn’t seem right.
