Somehow only the 20$ item was scanned and went through the return process. I would have given One star if it wasn’t for TOM. Tom was SUPER friendly . Went out of his way to try and help me find where my package could have been sent and why it wasn’t showing in the system. He was courteous, Friendly, and chose to go out of his way to try and help me when another worker said “ sorry there’s nothing I can do “ TOM GETS A FIVE STAR RATING and is the ONLY reason I’m not leaving a negative review over all. He absolutely has manager qualities and knows how to take control of a situation with respect and a smile while still remaining professional. I’m not sure if I will get the money back for my lost item due to my mistake of not checking that the receipt did in fact have both items on it, but dealing with tom is the only reason I would even return to this store after someone else made the mistake of not scanning my more expensive...

However I just showed up for my scheduled notary appointment and was told the person I was scheduled with, an owner, left early for the day. I arrived 2:15 for a 2:30 appointment and he “just left”. The woman at the next had no name tag however was able to obtain her name was Sheila. She refused to call the owner, ignored me and kept taking customers behind me. I showed her my appt confirmation and reminder email I got this morning for the appt they failed to honor. She blamed UPS corporate saying “they ain’t ever tell us” I called and confirmed that the location received and confirmed the appt. Very frustrating this is how they treat emergency medicine providers who need to complete documents. I was told I could wait 90 mins and go late to work as these are time sensitive.
