Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Jackson Township

7/11/25 update have not been here in forever and no anticipation of going anytime soon. Especially considering huts points expire and mine are all gone and I have zero. I don’t know Pizza Hut just isn’t what it once was, every since the company downsized and all it’s just not the same probably for one thing of the lack of wanting to hire and have the appropriate amount of crew members.

8/4/22 update all of the below from 3 yrs ago remains just wanted to say thank you to all the friendly welcoming employees that provide such an pleasant experience. The young lady that handed me my carry out this evening around 6:30 ish said hello as soon as I stepped inside and was super friendly and kind all ready to help me when I reached the counter, such a great experience yet again. So, thank you to that young lady sorry i didn't catch her name but hopefully based on the day/time it can be determined whom she was as she deserves to be acknowledge for all that she does, I mean ya have an great employee in her. Hope she's working on the day of my next visit as well totally recommend going here! Y'all keep up the superb job!

Great food all the way around! Great place nothing bad about it at all! Employees are always very nice and friendly. Only had one issue of which was just recent and shortly after submitting a contact form via the website to inform them of the situation. I got an apology email offering me store credit or an actual refund sent. They didn't hesitate at all and took no time at all to question whether or not I was being truthful. I recently visited the Pizza Hut located in Jackson, NJ, and unfortunately, I had an extremely disappointing customer service experience. The clerk working the counter, an African American gentleman, displayed a level of rudeness that was completely unwarranted and unprofessional. From the moment I entered the establishment, it was evident that the clerk had no intention of acknowledging my presence. Despite standing at the counter for several minutes, he seemed disinterested and made no effort to greet or assist me. It was quite disheartening to be made to feel invisible and inconsequential as a customer. When he finally decided to take my order, his attitude problem became even more apparent. He exuded an air of annoyance as if my presence was an inconvenience to him. His lack of enthusiasm and unwillingness to provide basic customer service left me feeling frustrated and unwelcome. It is important to note that this review is not intended to cast aspersions on the entire Pizza Hut chain or its employees. However, the behavior of this particular clerk was unacceptable and warrants disciplinary action. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and it is disheartening to encounter such disregard for it. I sincerely hope that the management of this Pizza Hut location takes the necessary steps to address this issue. If I could give negative stars I would…my order not being ready on time was the least of my worries. I walked in and two customers before me had been there for over an hour waiting on their order, one kid 2-1/2(not sure why he didn’t leave). The “cashier” asked him three times while I was there what he ordered. Upon walking in a saw a pizza(which looked identical to the one I ordered) sitting on a rack this was about 9:15pm. A few pans got thrown on top of it, I figured that must be trash. At about 9:45 someone moved the pizza and sneakily tried to put it in a box, ten mins later handed it to me. I immediately told them I was not accepting that pizza bc it had been sitting on that rack since I walked in and not sure how long before that, he looked at me puzzled as if I didn’t just see what happened. That alone is enough for me to never order from here again. I won’t mention the throwing of the pans in the back or the fact that the guy preparing the pizza and putting sauce in boxes kept touching his face and putting his long hair...
