I am not one who ever write reviews. I would be remised if I did not foreworn any future customers who might frequent the Verizon Authorized Dealer – R Wireless in Jackson, NJ on West County Line Road. My Sales Rep was Randy D-the Store Manager. I should have ran away when Randy started badmouthing the Verizon store in Howell. Initially, everything started off great. When I walked in the store with my sister and niece, I shared with Randy that I was looking to purchase the Apple iPhone 14 Pro. I also wanted to add two additional people on my line. So Randy went and got three charges for the car and plug-ins that he said was part of the promotion Apple was running. He also said, my nieces phones would be free (iPhone 12) the screen protector and cases were a part of the Prom as well (so we all picked out our cases), the iPad and Apple watch was also included in the Promo. I asked Randy several times, all this is free right, he said yes each time I asked him. I was asked to pay a hefty sum in the store for which I thought was going towards the purchase of my phone (I was not given my receipt that night). The iPhone 12, cases and screen protectors for my nieces had to be ordered so I scheduled an appointment to meet with Randy on the upcoming Tuesday so everything could be activated. I live a little over an hour away so when I arrived with one of my nieces Randy was not there. We scheduled the pickup and phone transfer for another day. A couple of days later, the transactions were complete before I left Randy said he would take off the activations fees for my troubles. To make a longer story short. I had to wait for my account to migrate from a pre-paid account to the postpaid account. That process took a little over a month. When I was finally able to create and access my account the bill was astronomical. Which made me look over my receipt. When I reviewed the receipt it showed that Randy had charged me for every single phone case, screen protector, and chargers that he said was part of the promotion (in which I would not have purchased otherwise). None of the chargers was actually for my iPhone 14 Pro. And, to add insult to injury he charged me for the two wireless charges that he personally gave my nieces that were supposed to have been free. Randy text me last week asking me how everything went. So when I text him back a few days later to inform him how he was dishonest and cheated me he did not reply. So here I am today with this post. My next step is to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). For those of you who had a good experience with Randy, Great! But, for those of you who may be future customers please make sure you get your receipts the night of your purchase and review them before leaving the store. People who proclaim to be honest such as Randy D., the store manager- are the devils in disguised. So my rating is a one star if I could give less than that, I would.

Read moreIf I could give this location 0 stars I would. Even though it’s the most convenient location for me I will not be stepping foot in here. So I had called prior and made a 12:30 appointment to trade in my phone. As soon as I stepped inside the place had a funny unpleasant smell to it. I walk in and no one acknowledges me for a good couple minutes and the person who I made the appointment with Randy wasn’t even there. I was told he went to pick up lunch. I was like ok, how long can that really take. I end up waiting 25 minutes… no Randy. In the mean time I hear the other associates say the system is down. I get fed up waiting and go to another associate to see if he can help me. Mind you he did not come up to me and see if I needed help while waiting. He tries to help and can’t do anything due to the system being now. While this is happening Randy walks in, 30min late. Pays no heed to me because he forgot the appointment, which was made the same day… Randy did not even care, he did not come up and apologize or anything. It’s like he spit on my patronage… I proceeded to walk out and say I will never be returning to this location when the other associate asks if he should call me when the system is up.

Read moreI've been to this particular Verizon Wireless store before, but this visit yesterday was such a wonderful experience that I had to share. There's a store by me in Howell but driving the extra 10 minutes here to Jackson is a no-brainer for me based solely on the emphasis on customer service. I was blown away by the treatment from Morgan. I told him my situation, which was a complex one, and the man spent a good 20-30 minutes focused on getting me the absolute best plan and monthly bill for my scenario...without coaxing or pleading. In the past, as I'm sure you'd agree, walking out of a wireless phone store would leave me beaten, exhausted, and dejected. Not this time! I got better coverage, a flagship phone, unlimited data for the family and me at a more than reasonable price. There was no salesiness and Morgan was extremely personable. An absolute pleasure. The kid is going places and the store should take good care of him, tremendous asset. Thank you for all you put into actually making my visit an enjoyable...
