I want to purchase a product that you had to clip a coupon off of the app. The cashier, who was very nice, called his mgr. up to help find out how to do the procedure on the app. The manager just looked at me as a brush off attitude and said you have to clip the coupon. I am aware that she had WiFi in the store herself, but was offering up no information on how the app works. So I went out to my car to get on the app and try. I had the app originally. I tried to clip the coupon and it wouldnât take. So I went back in to show the cashier and he understood my issue. He was very patient with me. He called the manager back up and she just shrugged her shoulders and said I donât know just try deleting the app and walked away. I realize that technology has made life easier for businesses, but it has caused humans to ignore solving any problems that arise....
   Read moreI have no problem with the rest of the store staff at this location. I recently switched Walgreens pharmacyâs after I moved from the North Akron area to Canton south area. Iâll give my honest opinion without sugar coating it. The pharmacy staff is helpful, but extremely rude. Theyâve wasted a lot of my time the last 4 times Iâve picked up my meds from Fulton rd location. They had to give me a âpartial refillâ of my month prescription and told me to come back today, Monday February 27th. I came back to pick them up and they said they were out of stock till Wednesday and they said today that they did a partial refill cause they didnât have enough in the first place.    Read moreThe manager here at 7 am on oct 15th was deplorable. The system failed across the board, and no one could check out. The clerk was dealing with the issue promptly and explanatory, and the manager used the opportunity to belittle him. The clerk said âit says unexpected error has occurred, Iâve never seen this beforeâ and the manager scoffed in front of everyone and then glared at the clerk and said âduh, thatâs because itâs unexpectedâ . Itâs actually not. This is the second time Iâve been to this location and had the same issue happen. If youâre having your clerk actually deal with an issue. Keep your comments to yourself.
