Spent almost $400 to buy 3 dozen roses and 15 balloons to be delivered to my very special lady at her work with specific instructions to ONLY delivery between 3pm and 6pm while she was at work. The whole idea was for her to get called to the door and surprised at work as she was sad she had to work. I overly stressed this at purchas and asked of we could make this happen during the specific times and I was ASSURED it wasn't a problem. Don't you know these people delivered an hour early before she was even at work so no big surprise. I put a ton of thought and planning into this and they completely ruined it. I'm so so unhappy and I could tell my special someone was trying hard to sound more excited than she was. What a disappointment, then after complaining I'm told "I hope you understand as we have many drivers and routes and sometimes we get ahead".... Umm no I don't understand, if this was pointed out to me rather than assuring me as they did that request was guaranteed I would have spent my money elsewhere. I called 6 months before our wedding, the owner made an appointment for me to speak with her. We came and she completely forgot about it which happens so we rescheduled, we met up and she gave me the price and said she would email me. She NEVER EMAILED ME. I called multiple times trying to get in touch employees kept telling me she wasn’t there and that they would have her give me a call, couple of months go by, nothing. I ended up going to Nikis perfect petal designs, they were AMAZING. Then… a WEEK before my wedding Kathy called me asking if i still needed them to do flowers for my wedding. I said no I never heard from you again? Claiming she emailed me, I looked searching up her name knowing i checked my email regularly since I had so many vendors and was waiting for her to contact me. Absolutely no email no conversation. She completely forgot about agreeing to do flowers for my wedding. She wouldn’t even have my flowers ready ONE WEEK before. Cathy was accommodating and workable. She was willing to have meetings and was easy to communicate with. Prices were average and were comparable to other places. However, when you spend the amount of money that you do, it is frustrating when you don’t get exactly what you want when you give specific instructions. Don’t get me wrong, the flowers were beautiful she did do a good job. But I asked specifically for three things and they didn’t happen. I wanted my bouquet to be cascade, hanging and long. But it wasn’t it was more round. I wanted a light pink accent and I told her that I wanted it to be a light pink garden rose and she put in this flower that was definitely just pink and not subtle. I also did NOT want any baby’s breath. Baby’s breathe to me was more country vibe, which wasn’t what I was going for at all. I told her I did not want babies breath and in my center pieces there was a ton of it. Again, she did do a great job and I was happy with the flowers.
